Received my copies this weekend and the first thing I checked was Season 1 disc 4, loaded and played perfectly. My former disc 4 did not load at all.

I would say this deal pretty much explains why. Granted DD's website and customer service can be a bit lacking at times, but they can still come through with some decent deals from time to time.

Since disk 4 of season 1 seems to have the most reported issues I started there. So far I have seen 6 of the 8 episodes with no problems.

It took a day or two after my order shipped but the web site order status finally showed shipped. Doesn't really matter because they send you all the info via e-mail w/tracking.

I will check my discs tonight.

Finally got a chance to pop in disc 4. Worked fine.

Forgot to report in: got both of my TZ seasons within a day of each other, in fine shape, and they came much quicker than I'm used to with DDDVD. I don't get the complaints, especially not after their recent performance.
