I didn't see it mentioned, guys, but I could be wrong, BUT it looked like Amazon dropped a few criterions down recently. The Red Shoes, Black Narcissus, and Black Orpheus are all 22.99 or less now. I don't remember them being quite this low before.

While at Best Buy (ahem) I saw Amazon $25 and $50 gift cards which I wanted to buy to convert my BB gift cards to Amazon ones. The only thing that stopped me was the fact they were called "eBook" gift cards with a picture of the Kindle on it. The terms which I read very carefully said works on Kindle products, eBooks, and thousands of other products sold by Amazon, but I figured I should check on DVD Talk to see if anyone here can confirm these "eBook" gift cards at BB work on everything that says "ships from and sold by Amazon.com".

If it is, then I'll buy them next time I'm at BB since I plan to use them for movies, electronics, computers, or household items. Thanks.

Best Buy won't sell Amazon gift cards. They would sell Amazon ebook cards as they sell iPads (and Kindles?).

The Kindle gift card is no different from any other Amazon gift card.

I've read that those Amazon eBook cards work on anything at Amazon.com though. Can't personally confirm it, however.

I bought a couple of $50 Amazon Kindle gift cards from Best Buy and used a Best Buy gift card and even a Reward Zone certificate to pay for it. I then deposited it into my Amazon account and it is indeed good on just about anything sold by Amazon. I have already used it for a Blu-ray, video game and a pair of running shoes at Amazon.
