I got "Saw: The Final Chapter" from Amazon today; I open the case and see that there are only two discs. Isn't the digital copy a third disc that is supposed to be included? Or is it on the DVD or something?

Check the disc, it should be a DVD+DC combo, all-in-one. A lot of companies are doing that now to save on costs.
