Love Hastings and buy a ton, but I've had more issues than normal lately.
One disc was completely split in half
Two movies were something entirely different than what I ordered, but similarly named
Then today I got a 2 disc set that was 1 disc from that season and another disc 1 from a completely different season.
Thankfully their customer service is great and quickly responsive!

A few items are excluded from coupons. There is no way to discover which items are excluded until you go through checkout. It mostly applies to newer inventory they just received.

Finally managed to nab a used copy of 'Shane' and 'Amistad' at $7.35 each. For some reason, these two titles don't get discounted at all and are rarely available used, much so 'Shane'

hoping not to sound paranoid here or go off spouting some conspiracy theory but does anyone think, Hastings replaces the bd cases with damaged ones prior to shipment ? In the past few orders, there have been several discs I have received in which the cases are damaged to various degrees. Slots punched out, locking mechanisms snapped, corners cracked/broken etc. Yesterday, I received a title whose upper left corner was completely broken and today I received a title whose front face is shattered. It could be that this might be occurring in shipment but so many instances after almost never facing this level of damage ? what do you think, guys ?

Possible, in order for store displays. But would depend on stores I guess. I've received some that were just immaculately new, and others looked like they were ridden hard by a local militia group.

Wishlists are finally working, although my wishlist from like 8 or 9 pages down to 3. I mentioned it on Hasting's facebook and here's what they said:

^Mine is down to 4.5 from 7. The "missing" titles are mostly rare/OOP.

I don't believe their IT team for a second. These are the same guys who can't get zip+4 to work properly for past purchases, cause errors in the wish list if a item is removed and you go to another wish list page, cause errors when attempting to add something directly to the wish list (it *can* be added from the cart but if it's OOS you're OOL), and more. There've been several different errors/issues on their site for over a year. When I've pointed them out I've gotten the same "cookie cutter" type reply of "clear your cache, delete cookies" when I've plainly indicated I've done *all* that with at least 4 different browsers on multiple computers. Basically proving to them the issues are programming and not browser/computer based.

I also have had items removed that I *know* have been in stock during 2015 as I almost purchased during one or two of those "in stock" times.

I'll still make purchases but if their IT team is like the people who pull titles/fulfill orders I have little faith in their abilities.

Mine went from 2 pages to half a page. I had a bunch of rare and oop DVDs on my wishlist. I had gotten lucky in the past when they would actually receive one of them. I think they only list those on eBay now when a seller does bring one of them to their store. That's probably the real reason they removed them from their website.

^That's pretty much what I'm missing too. Like you, I've occasionally gotten lucky with those and at bargain prices (I once scored a *new* AB Hammer OOP 2-film set for MSRP even though it was listed *by Hastings* on Amazon for 4 times the MSRP).

My problem is, I had so much stuff on my wishlist that I don't even know what I'm missing. I always kind of used my GoHastings wishlist as a general wishlist that I would use while browsing other sites. I pretty much have all the BDs I wanted in my Blu-ray.com wishlist, but I liked having CDs and graphic novels in there.
