Well the 2 minutes a day isn't really all that much to give up about. It would become very frustrating if you were there in person and they started spouting off like this.

It doesn't really accomplish much, but the next time you are talking to any CS rep and they say, "We apologize for the inconvenience," tell them: "I DON'T ACCEPT YOUR APOLOGY." I do that everytime and without fail they stumble from their script and have no idea what to say. LOL.
