I'd be surprised if they didn't. They've carried most of the recent classic blu-ray releases like Casablanca, Gone With The Wind, and Wizard of Oz.

Lately, I think their ads have just been lighter or less focused on media releases. This week's ad has no cds advertised at all and I really doubt they're not carrying the White Stripes new album.

Don't you have to cut the Blu-rays too though?

No. You send in the POP or UPC of the regular DVD that you plan on upgrading to Blu-ray. They email you the coupon to use when you go to the store to buy the Blu-ray.

By the time I waited for that, the other coupons for release week would be expired though.

Re: Target Weekly AD [3/21 - 3/27]

Question on Target-Do they usually have new releases out and ready to go when they open on Tuesdays? May stop off on the way to work.

This last one can be used off of each Toy Story so you would save $10 total. There is an additional offer in-store when you buy both Toy Stories at once you save $10 Instantly. So using the Instant in-store offer (don't need anything for this) and the Online Disney Coupon (must print this off and bring it in) you can save $20 if you buy Toy Story 1 and 2 on March 23rd. Not a bad little deal! Thought you guys would want to know
So, when I go to this toystorysave5.com, there is no coupon for Toy Story. Am I missing something? Will a coupon appear on release day?

Thanks....

As long as they scan, the cashiers that I have gotten could care less. I was able to score the MI/Up combo for 98 cents.

I have in the past been able to print 'DISNEY' coupons up to a month in advance..
So if somebody is going to post a link for a coupon then they should state that the link is not live yet.... Also I have seen studio links where only XXX# of coupons were allowed to be printed.. but in these cases I got a web message stating that ll coupons have been given out.

Is there any way you could list the CD prices as well? Quite a few albums come out that week that I am hoping will be on sale. Thanks in advance!

Re: Target Weekly AD [3/21 - 3/27]

On a Slickdeals thread, somebody just posted that Target increased their prices for the Toy Story 1 & 2 BD combo packs to $27.99 each. Has anyone heard anything about this or was that poster wrong?

See the end of http://slickdeals.net/forums/showthread.php?t=1916250 for the post I'm referring to.

I have a feeling that he got that from the Target website. Thats the exact price that they have them listed on there.

Ah. I sure hope so. I never look at their web site for in-store prices. I assume that the OP of this thread had the Target ad in his hands and was looking at it when entering $19.99 each, so if that's the case then at least we'll have an ad with those prices that we can attempt to PM at other stores (though getting the $10 combo discount + $10 Disney coupon anywhere else would be a big YMMV), and there's always a small possibility that Target would say it's a price mistake and not honor their own ad.

Anyone remember The Good, the Bad, and the Ugly SE a few years ago which Target advertised at $6.99 and then wouldn't honor in store. I believe Target yanked them from the shelves during that week and put them back out the following week, so everyone PM'd at other stores. Unfortunately PM'ing is a lot more difficult now as most stores want to call the other stores as they hope and pray for any excuse to deny the PM.

For the upgrade program, I'm assuming it needs to be an identical item? That is, I wouldn't be able to get any upgrade coupons for my Toy Story and Toy Story 2 bundle:

Probably not. You may just want to throw that up on ebay. You'd be surprised how many people out there collect OOP editions of Disney movies or just want crappier versions for their kids to abuse. I sold that very one for near $30 back when I upgraded to the individual DVD releases. And now I have those on ebay and they're already over $20 with 1 1/2 days to go. So as long as Target keeps the price they have and honors the coupons, I'll pretty much break even or even make money with upgrading to the BD combo packs.

Thanks for the tip, this is selling for around $25 on eBay, a lot more than I thought it would sell for. I'll toss this onto the pile of things to list on eBay.

I can't believe a moron on Slick Deals posted such. $27.99 is the freakin' current price on the web site.

Are they too stupid to understand the concept of a weekly ad?

I saw the ad scan with my own eyes on another board before it was forced to be taken down.

Unless they entirely trash that weekly ad and start over, doubtful, the price WILL be $19.99 each with another $10 off for buying both at the same time.
$30 for both plus whatever additional coupons you are able to apply.

Can someone make idividual links? I can't seem to get them printed on the list of 8 coupons and I can't find the $5 off Toy Story coupons at all.
