As a side note, these are all of the "NEW LOWEST PRICE!" Blu-rays; there are others at $10.00 that have been at a lower price. Here is a complete listing (and a great resource): http://www.blu-ray.com/movies/deals....ll&country=usa
Thanks for the compilation. Picked up T2 Skynet Edition along with Forrest Gump ($11.99). Hoping that both come with slipcovers.

Looking to grab Eragon and The Day After Tomorrow at some point as well.

.....I'd never get this thing until it's uncut and properly subtitled, along w/ it's original title of Drunken Master II. Fuck The Weinsteins for allowing this film to exist in this manner here in the USA.

In case you didn't know, the American release of Kung Fu Hustle is slightly edited.

The UK release is complete and all-region (I've watched it on my American PS3).

FYI, you can get TDAT in an Action Hero Collection for currently $33.49 at Amazon. The other two titles are The Terminator and I-Robot.

Had a $25 GC to spend so picked up 3, and just had to pay $5.49 out of pocket

The Day After Tomorrow

Used the free shipping and in no rush - should get them first week in July.

Must I continue to be tempted by Skynet?

Re: Amazon.com Discounts and Deals on Blu-ray

I have the T2 Extreme Edition DVD. Is the Skynet edition worth the upgrade (except for audio and video) ?

I did not know that, thanks.

Maybe I'll re-sell it when I receive it.

These deals are generally pretty short-lived, and usually based on price-matching. Star Trek was $9.99 for only a few hours. KH/WHD lasted a few days. Since they're price-matching, and a lot of retail stores change their prices on Sundays, expect to see prices change on weekends (anytime, really, but don't expect to see a deal last more than a week).

Not a major bargain, but House of the Devil is $16.49, or 53% off. That's the lowest it's been at Amazon. If only it would go a little lower, I'd bite...

Really enjoyed the film, a rental. Hoping the DVD/VHS bundle goes under $20 someday, but will probably bite when the BD gets to $10.

I'm still irked Dark Sky didn't release a Blu-ray/VHS bundle, I would have been all over that.

I ordered the DVD/VHS bundle mistakenly thinking it was a BD, I was bummed.

That was the format after I spent $600 on the Super Beta Hi-Fi in 1984

What are the chances that we're going to get a better version of this thing? I know it has some issues and the upgrade wasn't amazing as it should've been from what reviews say. Big problem in it: DNR. I mean....fuck. I want to see T2 in 1080p glory the way Cameron wanted me to see it. I just have a hard time believing that he let it happen to this thing, was there any reaction from him on this thing?

Not to mention his longer cut of Titanic. Maybe they'll all come out the same week as Kill Bill the Whole Bloody Affair does.

semi-pro 7.99
http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00...=bluray-080-20

which is probably 7.99 too much for most people
