I can't imagine that they'll be taken off the shelves and destroyed if they aren't all gone on Oct 6th, but they will be hard to come by. It's pretty cool that they give you the steelbook early, but there's nothing that shows it to be a Blu Ray disc in that case, if that's important to you.

I ordered it for in-store pickup. I don't want to chance it being sold out. My closest store says Unavailable, so I wanted to make sure I get this other store. I don't want to drive across town if I don't have to. Plus, I can get cashback with e bates this way (even though it is small, but it all adds up)

and you get sent to the Disney Rewards website. You choose what Blu-Ray you want out of those five listed.
Then you must then fill out your mailing address/credit card info - the Blu-Ray is free however you must pay the
$2.99 shipping so your getting a Blu-Ray for $2.99. It is then sent to you in a few days.
I know this offer has been around since June since my dads birthday was then and he picked "The Gameplan" -
both my moms and my birthday was this past month, she picked "Enchanted" while I picked "National Treasure".
Like another poster said, hopefully when our birthdays happen next year, there will be new Blu-Rays being offered
(and ones that include DVDs as well - probably won't be that lucky though.) as we are not interested in getting
"Meet the Robinsons" and we already have that edition of "High School Musical 2" on Blu-Ray.

It was when you sign up for the account. Once an account has been created, there is no apparent way to change the date.

Stopped by one Best Buy on Sunday and they did not have it in stock yet apparently, so the manager told me she'd give me $5 off the pre-order when they get them in stock. We'll see if she actually remembers me and it holds true. Was able to pick it up at another though today.

Went in after work yesterday. Found a few on the shelf in the Blu-ray section. Picked up one and walked over to check out. Asked them to scan the "Pre-order Blu-ray Combo Pack" barcode on the back. Paid $8.22 ($7.50 + $.72 state tax) and walked out with the steelbook and my receipt which I'll show them for my preorder (step by step preorder instructions are listed on the back of the package).

Possibly stupid question: I don't have a Best-Buy near me, so I'd like to go just once (i.e. I'd like to go when the film itself is released, and not go just to pick a placeholder up). Based off of everyone going there to get the sleeve, it doesn't seem like it's possible just to make one trip. Right?
