My credit card just got charged. Website says it's shipping soon.

Finally, finally shipped my 2 True Bloods, Woodstock and TMNT. Gees, what a damn hassle.

One of my two credit cards got charged, and for the correct amount. Still no shipping notices, but at least I have hope now....

Not trying to sound like a smartass or anything, but would you rather just go buy them from Amazon and pay 2-3 times the price?

If your credit card was charged, I would think you'd have more than just "hope". I'll go out on a limb here and say it's pretty much a guarantee that you will be getting your movies (barring a rare theft or damage from the shipping carrier).

Just checked, CC got charged Sat. but still haven't recieved a shipping notice. I just assume they will show up without a shipping notice. Wait doesn't bother me with such a great deal.

Haha. I meant "hope" towards getting both orders fulfilled with the promised discounts. Not hope regarding my orders being shipped at all. I once waited 6 weeks for an Amazon Black Friday order to be fulfilled and shipped. Amazon asked me twice in that time if I wished to cancel, but I stuck it out and eventually received the order. I can wait.

I wouldn't have purchased any of them had it not been on sale ($25ish each). That's probably what 95% of people who ordered from this sale would have done as well.

Yeah, 95% of the titles I bought I had no intention of buying on BD since I own the SD. But for the price I paid, I have no complaints (assuming I receive them). This could be the deal of the year for me!

This is the order that dropped off of my account, so I was worried about this one. My 2nd order still has not shipped, but it's on my account so I'm not worried. I received my 3rd order last week...

Charged for first order today, still waiting on the other two.

I got nine titles including five box sets from WB for $121.26. Just for fun, I added the same items to my cart at Amazon. The same order would have cost $339.63 with free shipping, so it wasn't much of a hassle for me at all.

I placed my WB order on 8/16 (a Sunday), and according to the UPS site, they are scheduled to be delivered tomorrow (8/26). That's only a week and a half, and I knew when I placed the order that some of the items weren't in stock. I'm not sure I would have received them any quicker from Amazon since I'm not a Prime member.

FYI, it's hit or miss on whether you'll receive a shipping notice from them. My experience has been none, FWIW.

I still haven't received any emails and wbshop.com still says "in process." Can someone post what one of the shipping emails looks like?? Thanks!

I am still awaiting my 1 order i placed on the 17th,as of this evening,current status was showing IN PROCESS still.I decided to call WBshop and just got off the phone with them.I had 4 movies i purchased,card has not been charged yet but i can tell you if you have an order that shows IN PROCESS this is more than likely due to 1 of the titles you purchase are on back order and your free shipping is for your movies to be shipped altogether so that is the hold up.When i placed my order,none of my titles showed backordered but the customer service agent said 1 of my 4 titles was and that was The Shawshank Redemption which i am pretty sure just about everyone in this thread had ordered.They told me could be another week for them to get more in stock so i asked if they could ship the other 3 titles while i wait and she had to talk to a supervisor to get the o.k. to do so.Her supervisor approved it so i will have two seperate cc charges now and two different order #'s.They just charge for the missing title seperatly and the other 3 recalculated comes out the same and i am not being assesed with additional shipping charges,both shipments will still be free.

And finally,your cc is not charged till your order is shipped so if you are waiting for backordered items that is why.Also she told me that it takes them 24-48 hours to process your cc payment before they ship your order so it takes that long for your status of shipping to be updated even though your cc charge is instant as soon as they charge it so give it 24-48 hours confirmation of shipping before you start to worry about your shipping status.

Hope this helps everyone or at least understands this,and i agree with others,this is a big hassle but we did get some awesome deals but dont worry,everything will be just fine.

Well, mine still doesn't show shipped. But, I confirmed that my CC was charged and that charge was dated the 24th. I'm guessing my order status will change in next day or so. On mine, I think it was the True Blood that caused my (& others) delay. Current status on that title shows 5 days.

As of today two of my orders now say "shipped", but I didn't receive any emails with tracking info. They were both placed on Sunday afternoon. That just leaves one more to go, which still shows as "in process".

People over at SlickDeals have reported the same thing. That definitely seems to be one of the problem titles.

Actually, my card had two more charges today. My only missing order now is one of the final ones I placed and it did indeed have Shawshank in it.
