The reviews are a little more reserved than they were for #1 it seems but it's still early and a positive review is a positive review.

Scott Foundas in Variety gives a very positive review:

When I find Armond White's opposing view, I'll post it here.

He's still around, he gave positive reviews for Furious 7 and Get Hard which he labelled "Smart", while being a bit middle of the road with Ex Machina and basically called Selma a white movie version of a black fantasy.

We foreigners luck out.
It was way awesome, I'm still processing it, but easily as good as the first IMHO. Tons of carnage, cameos and great character beats. And some really nice twists from the comics. Vision is fantastic. I am pleased.

I chuckled a bit when I went to the RT page and saw a negative review with the comment "a $250 million pile of poo"

Whedon again said there is nothing at the end as recently as yesterday, trying to tell us that the leaked footage is fake and there's nothing at the end. If there really is, I don't know why he would continue to tell us that.

Yeah that is odd. Even if they want the after credits scene to be a surprise which is understandable to not give out spoilers I don't see the point in denying its there at all. Clearly people are going to find out it is.

Whedon did say there was a mid-credit scene, just not a post-credit scene. I have seen a few people on internet message boards say that the mid-credit scene is:
