Additional trival things.. A Bug’s Life should be moved to the 'B' section, the Aliens need to be moved up a few spots and perhaps move titles that begin with 'The' to after the title rather than leading with them.

One question.. do you have any interest in listing things like the Universal Awards slipcovers that weren't released with the titles originally but were on a re-release for a limited time or limited edition store exclusives such as the red Target ones or the silver Walmart Fox ones?

I don't believe Memoirs of a Geisha nor X2 had slipcases. I bought X2 on release day and have never seen a slipcase for it. I asked others about Memoirs of a Geisha after I bought it during the last Black Friday Target sale and everyone said it never came with one.

As for titles such as War of the Worlds and Who Framed Roger Rabbit (Vista Series), are we counting slipcases that hold a digipack together or are we only counting slipcases that cover keep cases?

The slipcases that come with digipacks are a part of the actual packaging and would likely never be released without them (i.e., The Vista titles, The Terminal LE, War of the Worlds LE). The slipcases that cover keep cases are mainly for the 1st pressings and never seen again. Those are the ones I thought we were trying to keep track of. But if everyone thinks we should include all, I'm game.

Groovy. I took everything into Word and had it do all the alphabetizing. Didn't have a chance to do fine tuning. The "the" thing was the next thing on my list after I looked at the thread. It didn't look as neat as I thought it would.


I really don't know. How important is it to everyone else? Eventually, I was going to add all the Best Buy/Wal-Mart/Target exclusive covers (like V for Vendetta, Corpse Bride, etc) in a seperate Exclusive section. If need be, we could always do the same for the re-releases.

I might have screwed up in regards to Memoirs of a Geisha as I had it written down as yes for some reason (mine doesn't have one) but my X2 does have a slipcover.

The 1 disc War of the Worlds (2005) has a slipcover for the keep case.

It was the first release but I just remembered that it was one of the Awards Series slipcovers so that could wait until/if it is decided to list those also.
