Worst ever miscast for a film?

I just finished watching My First Mister, and Leelee Sobieski definitely didn't fit that role for some reason. I know theres a ton more. So who are they?

Michael Keaton as "Batman". Come to think of it, Val Kilmer and George Clooney pretty much sucked too. But Michael Keaton was the scrawniest and biggest whimp to play him (IMO).

Winona Ryder in "Alien Resurrection"

Joan Allen as John Travolta's wife in "Face Off". Great actress, but they don't look like a couple AT all (again, IMO).

Kevin Costner as "Robin Hood" (WHAT were they thinking!?)

Vince Vaughn as Norman Bates.

Matthew Broderick in Glory. I didn't think he did a bad job but I just didn't think his reserved and subtle sort of acting style fit the role very well.

From what I have read of the real Robert Gould Shaw, including many of his letters, I think he nailed the role both in appearance and demeanor.

On the general subject of the Civil War, Gettysburg featured one of the best and worst casting decisions in the history of cinema. The best was casting Stephen Lang as Pickett. The worst was casting Martin Sheen as Lee.

Tom Berenger's beard was badly miscast as well.

Richard Gere tried to play wimps in several roles and he doesn't play them well. He is also pretty bad in Shakespeare. He needs the cocky a.h. type, No Mercy, American Gigelo

If you watch Gladiator for nothing else, you should watch it for Joaquin Phoenix's performance.

I'm going to go back to the Batman series and list Tommy Lee Jones as Two Face.
