Blade of the Immortal (2019) - Anime Series on Amazon Prime Video
I started reading the Manga back in the days and became a fan of the series. However I never finished it as I was having trouble finding the English versions of the Manga.
Later, I watched the 2008 Anime series and with only 13 episodes, it was nowhere near complete.
I enjoyed the 2017 Live Action movie but I think I'm one of the few who did.
I'm sure that WTK told us about the new upcoming anime series that will cover from beginning to end but I wasn't aware of it.
This new series will be an Amazon Video exclusive and will debut in October of this year.
I'm looking forward to this and hopefully I get to see the conclusion of this series.

It's Amazon exclusive for streaming. However regions outside of Japan was not specified. It's possible we may not know anything more when it launches.

Oh that sucks. Hopefully they bring it to NA as it looks very good.

Worldwide streaming distribution confirmed. October 10 (episodes 1 & 2).

I've heard so much about this property over the years but have never seen any of its adaptations. It looks like this anime is taking cues from Ninja Scroll.

Takashi Miike's adaptation is pretty cool, IMO. The Arrow Video UK version is the way to go since it's fully loaded. I think the U.S. version is from Well GO USA.

I watched both episodes and I like it so far. So far, it seems like it doesn’t stray that much from the Manga. I’m still undecided about the animation. It seems they use a combination of Computer Graphics and still painting/portrait. I don’t think it’s hand drawn animation.
