Will Hetalia come out on blu-ray? Is it in high definition in Japan? I usually don't like to buy DVDs these days unless a blu-ray is out of the question.

Not likely. The series was released on DVD in Japan. FUNimation has released/solicited all of the Hetalia properties. There probably won't a Blu-ray from FUNimation anytime soon.

Oh well I guess that means that I will be getting it soon then. I've been pretty good with waiting for blu the only double dip I have is Witchblade.
