Those "maximum" charges are overkill.

Re: FBI Shuts Down Megavideo.com

The fallout from this is huge. VideoZer.com & Videobb.com both clones of Megavideo.com deleted almost everything.

Several high-profile file-hosting websites have moved to block file sharing or other features, in the days following the American government's shutdown of the site MegaUpload.

FileSonic's front page now states, "All sharing functionality on FileSonic is now disabled. Our service can only be used to upload and retrieve files that you have uploaded personally." Another service, Fileserve, has enacted identical measures. Yet another file locker site, Uploaded.to, has blocked American access entirely. Several other sites, including Filejungle, 4shared, and Uploadstation, have been reported to be deleting premium accounts and affiliate programs.
I have also not seen a video hosed by "zshare" this week, all links I find the files are gone.

I noticed one of the fansub groups is no longer offering direct downloads (just torrents). I guess their two main file sharing sites (Fileserve & Filesonic) have closed the accounts.

Other services operated by Fileserve are Uploadstation, Filejungle, VideoBB and Videozer.

searching the internet it looks like they are closing everyone's accounts.

Re: FBI Shuts Down Megavideo.com

The fallout from this is still effecting more sites, untill this weekend "videoweed", "novamov", "divxstage", "movshare", and "stagero" still had an affiliate program and now some say they are Under Maintenance. I am sure more websites I don't know about are down.
