The posts regarding the spoiler pretty much spell out what the spoiler is, so why bother putting the "guess who it is" part in spoiler tags?

I haven't looked at any of the spoilers but now I know something I didn't want to know.

Yeah, somebody should make a new thread just for upcoming Season 5 spoilers. There was a similar thread for last season.

Well, I created one. Kind of an odd feeling creating a thread I know I will never venture into again, if the mods don't like it they can delete and we'll go back to the old ways of doing business around here. I think it goes without saying that if the new thread does stay, no more spoilers (including promo talk) will be permitted in the regular weekly episode threads.

Maybe DJariya can post a link to the Spoilers Only thread in the first post every week so we don't get any mishaps.

[I haven't read any of the above spoilers BTW - don't respond and tell me anything about them or refer to them please!]

I'm just gonna move on with some more fun theories of mine.

Since Ben promised to kill Penny and Desmond wants nothing more to do with the island, I think it makes perfect sense that Ben did, in fact, kill Penny to exact his revenge and to motivate Desmond to come looking for Ben back on the island. When Locke comes back to fix things and get the remaining people who left, Desmond will want to come along and, of course, they'll bring Penny in a coffin (to be resurrected). Hopefully, everyone on that flight will come through to now and the people still in 1977 will make one last trip in time to the present. Once everyone's together, who knows.
