This bothers me too. But maybe it would have been hard to pin the missiles on foreign terrorists? If so then Hodges plan was pretty stupid to begin with. I was thinking before the plan reveal that the only way this turn made sense would be if they were planning to use the gas somewhere other than the US.

And having Tony turn out to be a good guy after all this will be more ridiculous than his initial bad turn. It would be more believable if this Tony is an imposter/clone/evil twin and the real Tony shows up at some point.

Anyone else remember the episode when they recovered the cip devise? We never saw the devise actually destroyed. Tony only said it was. I'm thinking he still has it and will use it at the end of the season.

ya they definitely need to end this season on a huge cliffhanger, not an actual cliff
