Re: Panasonic DMP-BD60 is Capable of Playing Region B and C Disc.

To be honest, I'd love to spend less than $100, but I realize that's pretty impossible. I guess the lower the better. I've looked at some of the websites that sell region free players, but I just...

Re: Panasonic DMP-BD60 is Capable of Playing Region B and C Disc.

I'm so happy that this trick works for so many of you. Unfortunately, I have never been able to get it to work for Rolling Thunder, the one Region B disc that I have. I just tried again. I hadn't...

List updated. (http://forum.dvdtalk.com/11120969-post23.html)

Re: Panasonic DMP-BD60 is Capable of Playing Region B and C Disc.

How did you get Rolling Thunder to play? I need to do some more playing around with it, but the big problem seems to be that it doesn't go to the wrong region screen. It goes to a screen where it...

Re: Panasonic DMP-BD60 is Capable of Playing Region B and C Disc.

I updated post #23 with the other titles that people said they were able to play and also started a separate list for ones that wouldn't.

Re: Panasonic DMP-BD60 is Capable of Playing Region B and C Disc.

I just received my shipping confirmation for my Amazon UK order, so I'll be able to test my player next week probably. Somehow or another, though, I think I managed to place a big order from there...

Re: Panasonic DMP-BD60 is Capable of Playing Region B and C Disc.

I'll try to keep up a list of the titles that have worked for people. Maybe that will be useful to some.

Successful Discs

Animals
The Bedsitter Room
Cabin Fever 2
Coeur Fidele
Dracula,...

Re: Panasonic DMP-BD60 is Capable of Playing Region B and C Disc.

Re: Panasonic DMP-BD60 is Capable of Playing Region B and C Disc.

I didn't think much about the difference between "enter" or "OK." I'm pretty sure one of the people posting over there was trying with a model that no one had been able to verify, so maybe that model...

Re: Panasonic DMP-BD60 is Capable of Playing Region B and C Disc.

I posted this possible solution over at the Blu-ray.com forum, and people are saying that they are trying it and it's not working.

Re: Panasonic DMP-BD60 is Capable of Playing Region B and C Disc.
