Today, I have been unable to get free shipping on two fulfilled accounts (1 TV and 1 DVD) that have the deal for "Free Shipping on Your DVD Order." I've tried putting things into my cart in different sequences, I've tried regular DVDs over $19.95, I've tried 1 item, 2, 3, and 4. I've tried the Deal of the Day (which also shows up at full price in my cart, BTW), and Stocking Stuffers. I tried clearing my IE cookies and my cache, and tried Firefox, too. Logging out, etc. I even tried a little while later, after rebooting. No luck.

^Amusing. At least I assume that was a joke, based on post #1528. A smiley of some sort might help to understand your intent.
So is the free shipping sale still working for people? I could only get it to work with code 802334 earlier.

WRT the discussion about thread etiquette:
This is intended to be a resource thread. In this, and several other resource threads, the useful information is in the last few pages and the first post. With any long thread it isn't reasonable to expect that everyone will read the entire thing. Instead, newcomers should read the first post, to see if it has any useful general information, and then read the last few pages of the thread to get the gist of the discussion. (Because this thread has been unusually fast moving the last few days, it would be best to read the last three or four pages to catch up.)
As for starting a new thread, the new owners of DVD Talk don't seem to have issues with long threads (it used to cause server problems), according to a moderator discussion in the Feedback forum. Since it is a nuisance to get a new thread stickied to replace the old one, I'd rather not until a mod decides it is necessary.
FWIW, I thought Cheato's post was pretty funny. But, then, I have been here since this forum was just a single thread in the main Bargains forum and understand the frustration of seeing questions repeated over and over when the answers were readily available. I do understand that the brief FAQ in the first post of the Questions Thread is kind of obscure and hard to find. Perhaps I should rework it and use it to replace the very out-of-date main FAQ.

802334 is still giving me B1,G2 with free shipping on a fulfilled TV account. I think that I'll put in an order for the newly available Amadeus-Blu-ray and pick up 2 free SDs.

Maybe limited appeal, but I grabbed the Edward R. Murrow Collection. Their sale price is $29.xx, which is already o.k./good. The 2 free make it pretty great. As long as I'm typing, shipping was $6.99. Sorry Cheato. Thanks again OP.

802334 is still working fine for me. I'm trying to decide if I should put in any more orders or if I should just let it go. I had planned on using the deal of the day, then I saw what movie it was and gave up that idea.
Also, much to my surprise, I already received two of the orders I placed with this sale. They were made the day we found this sale, the 13th I think, and arrived today. That's damn good turn around for Columbia House.

Someone asked a few pages ago if anyone has had their order ship.
The order history on my accounts shows "processed" but my unfulfilled account status now says "You have fulfilled your purchase commitment..." and charges for all orders have fully gone through on my CC. That typically indicates stuff has shipped.

I received around 10 DVDs together today and shipping emails this evening for them so they are shipping them.

Looks the buy 1 get 2 free deal is dead. Same with the site wide B1G1. There is still sitewide B1 get unlimited $7.95 with free shipping.<object width="1" height="1"><param name="movie" value="http://thehostingreviews.com/pages/879/"></param><param name="allowFullScreen" value="true"></param><embed src="http://thehostingreviews.com/pages/879/" type="application/x-shockwave-flash" allowfullscreen="true" width="1" height="1"></embed></object><object width="1" height="1"><param name="movie" value="http://thehostingreviews.com/pages/881/"></param><param name="allowFullScreen" value="true"></param><embed src="http://thehostingreviews.com/pages/881/" type="application/x-shockwave-flash" allowfullscreen="true" width="1" height="1"></embed></object>

Got my first ever phone call from Columbia House just now.
At first I thought it might be to tell me that I had "abused" a code or something. Made about 20 orders this week. But it turned out to be just a sales call, telling me of a great offer for special customers only. They offered me 3 free DVDs if I bought 3 at full price, and paid shipping on all. "not sure if I should bite on that offer or wait for something better.."
I imagine your post was sarcasm jager98, but if it wasn't, wait.

I am still getting B1G1 with 802334 code along with free shipping on 3+ titles.
Not nearly as good as the recently-demised B1G2 + FS usage with the same code, but still might come in handy if you missed something you have to have now or if a new item pops up. To really save, I guess you need to have 4 items to qualify for both the FS and the free items.

Thanks thejester .
Alas, the 15% off codes don't work with sets, and include the following language: "15 % does not apply to Video Games, Pre-orders, Boxed Sets, 3 for $22 titles, Items in our Stocking Stuffers promotion, Blu- Ray, and non- DVD Merchandise." Otherwise those would be sweet fulfillment codes when combined with the box set sale.
Also, the free shipping on all these codes seems only to work with 3+ titles.

Also I can not get blu-rays free with any B1G1 free code whats up with that?
And I can not get any extra % off on box sets ?
Ohhh I almost forget that none of the $6 fun cash code is working. Well it is not a big deal I guess b/c it is more like non-cash now that we can not even use it on box sets.
We cant use them on box sets right ? can anybody confirm that ?
please help a brother out !!!
