9 of my 10 B1G4F orders have shipped. All nine that were shipped were charged to my credit card on the same day. They all shipped this week.

The 10th order was never charged and it's status has been "pending." I signed on this morning to find that the order has disappeared from my order history page. I printed the order confirmation when I placed my order. I also have a screen shot showing all 10 of my orders from my order history page.

Should I inquire or just be happy I got what I got?

If you didn't get charged with the 10th order I wouldn't bother to inquire about it. They might send the order but charge you for all the dvd's on that order. not worth the risk or the hassle. They'll be more deals down the road.

If the 10th order doesn't show up, I wouldn't worry about it but if it does and they try to charge you full price (I don't know what you ordered but say for example):
Spoiler:
$22.95
$22.95
$22.95
$22.95
$22.95
$10.96 s/h
----------
$125.71

I'd say it is worth the hassle and I'd have to call about it for sure.

I have recieved 10 out of 11 of my orders (minus pre-orders) and the 11th has shipped. I used all 3 methods. The original code, the 2nd code or old verision, and paste method. I am pretty sure i will recieve my last box on monday and my pre-orders have been shipping with no problem.

I received one of my last orders today, and it wasn't pretty. One DVD was fine, but the other two were beat up. One had a loose disc because of a broken spindle, but the DVD was just fine. The other beat up DVD, well, the entire bottom of the DVD case was broken off, and inside the case. The DVD wasn't loose, and it didn't have a scratch on it either.

I just tossed those two cases. Luckily I bought 20 empty DVD cases for $2 at a Hollywood Video that's closing down, so I just used two of those, and now they're like new it seems. I was very pissed though, but since I almost never have a problem like this with Columbia House, and I got the DVDs so cheap, I'm not going to bother complaining about it anymore.

Besides, I'm pretty sure it happened after they shipped them to me, so if I should be mad at anyone it should be directed towards the USPS.

Orders and Batman

All five of my orders arrived except one title which is a (pre-order)
Its due out at the end of the month. Did not do the copy/paste method.

(Bonnie and Clyde Ultimate edition came in Ex. Cond.)

Thank you Tabloidjunkies.....
Appreciate the heads up as I've been meaning to acquire the '43 serial (own the '49)
and at that price its worth the trip down the road to see if Lots has anymore in-stock.

I've received all of the freebies from my main account (well, I'm missing Lars and the Real Girl, but I'm fairly certain it has already shipped), and I think the freebies from my secondary account should show up early next week. So far no hassles.

Lately, they have been sending me one or two discs in boxes that can hold five or six DVD's. Results in a lot of jostling of the discs.

i'm about to go to the P.O. right now and get crap from the people there

Me too. The wife gives me grief every time a box arrives. I have to keep telling her "It's only a couple... they don't understand how to pack efficiently!". Of course that doesn't work when several boxes show up at once...

i got a noticed that my orders have shipped. last week two orders showed from the b1g4
so sometime next week i should be getting another 4 box of the b1g4...

i also need to go buy shelves... and like someone else said they seem to put the stuff in bigger box so the dvds are not packed as well.... and find buy the time they tell me the item has shipped via email i get it a day or two latter as they seem to ship before the send you the email... i think we overload customer service.... as they a tad slow now....lol

anyways thanks to this code i was able to get some good dvds i other wise would not have been able to afford....

If you got the DVD ORder Confirmation page you will still most likely get your order even if it dropped off your Order History page. This same thing just happened to me last week. I thought for sure I wouldn't get my box set (with BSG: Season 3 and 4 freebies) cause it disappeared from my Order History bot lo and behold last week I got a shipping notice and a day or later I received my order.

i'm craving THE CODE.

dammit

and, Troy (Ultimate Collector's Edition) is freaking EPIC. The box is HUGE.

That, Bonnie & Clyde and Dune (steelbook) are the winners for my orders.

I only got two floaters out of about 15 orders.
Wild Bunch and Flags Of Our Fathers.

not too bad.

received a bunch more boxes today....only missing bonnie and clyde SE and American Gangster HD DVD - latter says it has shipped though. B&C is still "awaiting stock" - amazingly, that was a free shipping order and one of the free ones and they shipped the other four which i got today.

All in all a pretty amazing haul. I really can't believe i got all this stuff for so little money. Incidentally, I never received one order conf. email or shipping email. not one for 7 orders. strange.

Well, I am missing quite a few of my orders, and I noticed I have a new account number on my most recent invoices. I called to discuss and found they opened a new account for me to "handle my overflow." I guess I got a little carried away with THE SALE.

So I have received some orders from April 4, but am missing some from as far back as March 30. I'm just going to submit one at a time until they are all addressed. I'm not holding my breath, but the deals were so darn good. Interestingly enough, I just received an order I bought with the B1G1 Blu-Ray sale back in February (only two months later). They charged me full-price for everything, and I had to call to get it fixed. I had written the remainder of those deals off, and some I have already re-purchased, with the B1G4 deal. Hmmm. With a negative $470 fun cash balance, I'm not really sure what's going on there, but I was happy to receive what I did while it lasted. I feel like a stuffed guest at a Thanksgiving feast. I wanted to stop eating but it tasted so good, I couldn't stop. So now, I am full and sleepy. I'm going to take a nap.
