Thank you for your recent order to Kino Lorber.

Please note, the third party fulfillment center we use has been having equipment failures that have caused problems with tracking IDs and delayed many orders. We're doing all we can to rectify the situation, we have all of your order information.

In some cases orders have also been split, please look to see if there is a marking on your packing form indicating that another package is on its way.

We are working on making sure that all of your orders are fulfilled. Thank you for your patience.

I haven't been able to check on the status of my order placed on the same day as yours (as I went the PayPal route like Josh did), but I did get some news in an email today: thirteen days after placing my order, it has now gone to the "processing" stage. Maybe I'll get my discs by Halloween.

Now just the Road to Bali replacement and my orders are complete...

I found the CSR VERY helpful.... if in doubt, then just give them a call... He even gave me the tracking # over the phone...

I'm very happy to say the rest of my order arrived yesterday. It was a great sale, so I don't mind that I had to wait a little longer. I just wish there was a little more communication.

I made my first order July 27th. No movement on it so far, probably because of Son of Paleface, which isn't released until the 29th. I made a second order on August 5th and I've received it, minus a couple of titles that were backordered.

I actually got an email today with a tracking number saying that my order from the 6th was processed.

Kinda had the same issue, I think. I had my packages delivered, and I missed that one title was missing from both shipments. Logged them into DVD Profiler as owned. Few days later, I get two separate mailers from Kino, and I'm like, "What, I ordered more?" Anyway, I wasn't updated on the new tracking numbers, and I never checked. Wasn't updated that the 2 titles I ordered were backordered, either.

Luckily, I got the titles or I would have overlooked them entirely. My mistake really since I didn't physically make sure all the titles were received. Would have been looking for those 2 titles forever.

Mine still say processing but their is a FedEx tracking number when I click on the order. Scheduled to arrive next Thursday.

Checked the contents of my 30 title order of 8/5 and I received 2 copies of 'Night People' while missing another title. The folks over at Kino were nice enough to have the missing title shipped while asking me to keep the extra copy of 'Night People'.

If someone else has had similar experience and has extra copies of any other title, PM me if if you'd like a trade with 'Night People'. Thanks. Please note that both copies I received are floaters but I inspected one of them and thanks to BD's protective surface, there's no issues.

On a somewhat related note, its appalling as to how many titles in the order are floaters - I had 9 titles out of 30 that were floaters, they really need to pull up the manufacturing process.
