What is the best online store for PS2 titles? Who has best price, shipping cost, customer service?
Or, is it better to buy at from brick & mortar shop (Best Buy, Circuit City, etc.)?

If buying online, check out: http://www.buyrite.net - new PS2 games are usually around $40. They charge high shipping for small orders, but if you order a few games at a time, it works out ok.
I haven't had any problems with them...
I'd avoid B&M unless there's a coupon / sale. You can always find games for less than $50 online.
Last time I checked, KB was having a specail where if you bought 2 PS2 games you got $10 off, 3 games was $20 off.
So, three $50 titles for $130. Still not as cheap as on-line, but not bad.
