When I was a kid, we had an Atari either 2600 or other, and instead of using cartidges we placed a microchip on a hub that was inserted into the cartridge slot. We had tons of games that were just these chips. I was wondering if anyone else may have had one of these "hacked" Ataris? My mom worked for Signetics in pre-dot.com silicon valley and I think one of the engineers may have made this for her, but has anyone else heard of this?
