DVD Talk God
SNES - Ogre Battle, Chono Trigger, Areobiz I & II, Uncharted waters, and a few other RPGs like E.V.O., Secret of Mana, etc. Not incredibly rare, but still go for bucks on ebay.

Is AeroBiz the one where you took control of airliners and built hubs and stuff? If so, it would only be rare in the fact that probably not many people played it. I did though. Anyone remember games like Casino Kid and Wall Street Kid (not sure of the correctness of the second game's name)? I believe those two were made by the same company as AeroBiz.
My rarest game would probably also be the Tengen version of Tetris for the NES, but I do have a bunch of old Atari and NES games that may be considered rare as well.

I have Nobunaga's Ambition for NES, a great game.
I have a first run version of Final Fantasy III for SNES that had some wierd bugs and exploits in it that were quickly corrected by Nintendo.

I have LOTS of rare games for many different systems I would probably say the rarest games I have though are Blazing Star on Neo Geo home cart and The Space Adventure on Sega CD (which is downright hilarious, btw).
