I absolutely loved VH, but hated FFT. But I've seen that many people feel differently. I was just wondering what you guys felt. I thought FFT was extremely limited because of the tiny-ass battle fields. It seemed to take away from the sense of strategy. In VH you started off on different sides of a huge map and strategically placed your men the first few turns, whereas in FFT you are just automatically thrown into the fray, and the battles just didn't seem that fun because of how small the battle fields were.
I also thought FFT took its story WAY too seriously. It was far too hard to follow, and all the characters had weird names and looked the same. The story aspect of FFT just didn't do anything for me. Vandal Hearts was just way more fun for me.
What do you guys think?
