I don't get the hype. I tried the first one and uninstalled it after five minutes. Even Power Washing Simulator was more interesting than this.

I'm a pretty big games and this style of games is one of the few I just cannot get into. I tried this and Returnal and both are just too repetitive. i'll put in time to beat bosses i don't want to run the game over every 20 minutes to an hour.

I get that. Not a fan of Rogue-likes for the same reason. I want to play a game for any period of time I might have, not commit to a 90 minute play session.
I like that they have the "God Mode" that makes it progressively more easy if you struggle. Returnal was completely inaccessible to me, but this one is playable. I bought it so my son can play it in college on his Switch, but I'll give it a try on my Switch 2 as well.

Had one of those $10 Best Buy certs that they give out occasionally to I guess get you to start shopping there again and couldn't think of anything to spend it on so used it on a digital copy of the Switch 2 version.

Been playing this off and on since launch. Finally got Chronos down last night. I still haven't been able to beat Typhon going north. Only reached his fight once so far.

Exact same for me. Game is TOUGH.

Yeah. I really don't appreciate what they require to actually see the game ending. Gotta kill Typhon 5 total times and Chronos 7 or 8. I'm not sure I'll even see it. I got Typhon down once and I'm losing interest in continuing the grind.

Didn't realize I didn't come back to this thread. I did end up fully beating it. Bosses ended up going down fairly quickly after I got their patterns down, along with the crazy buffs you can stack up. Super fun game.

I've been waiting for the PS5 Version. I'll probably get it when it comes out.
