The commentary is pretty bad. It’ll be the third inning and my guy homered in the second, and they’ll say he homered three times already looking for a fourth. Or his last homer was a grand slam when it was a solo shot. Or his homer is the only run on
the board when my team has 12 runs.

Its fun but it feels like a step backwards this year.

Was playing as the Dodgers vs Rockies in franchise mode. Lost the first game, won the second. It said the Dodgers swept the Rockies. After two games of a four game series. Okay then.

I haven't played a sports game post-Wii so I tried this on Gamepass. A lot of aiming for pitching and a lot of timing for hitting. I couldn't really get into it.

I'm still playing despite the commentary being all fucked up and often not matching what's happening on field. Hell I've gotten some good laughs out of it. The gameplay itself is still solid.
