WWE 2K24 (Visual Concepts;PS/Xbox/PC; 3/5/24)
This year's game will be released in four different editions. Standard, Standard Cross-Gen Digital Edition, Deluxe Edition and Forty Years of WrestleMania Edition. Check out the link below for the Cover artwork and everything that comes with each edition of the game. I myself, while excited for the game, will play a "wait and see how good it is mode" before I buy it. The horrors of 2K20 still ring in my head.
#FinishYourStory with WWE 2K24 and cover Superstars Cody Rhodes, Bianca Belair & Rhea Ripley | WWE
*Note for the moderator* Could you please fix the title of the thread? It keeps going back to lowercase letters. Thank you.

Might get this entry. The roster is pretty good at the moment and with Punk back plus forty years of WrestleMania should be a good one to get.

Yeah this is a maybe for me. I just do not like 2K's engine.

It looks like Brock Lesnar is going to get erased from WWE altogether. John Cena has replaced Lesnar on the cover of the WWE 2K24 40 years of WrestleMania edition.

I really wanted to like Aew Fight Forever, but it seems like it became Fight for 6 months. I may pick this up, the CAW is so damn deep on these and I love the community creations.

One thing to me- out of thirty-nine WrestleMania’s only twenty-one matches to relive? Obviously that’s just the “story” mode or whatever they want to call it but still.

How fast do these fall in price? Noticed 2k23 is 19.99 currently. It would be cool to have the wrestlemania storyline, but $40 difference is tempting

NBA 2k is a little different, it basically loses value as the nba season goes on so it drops a lot more regularly than WWE, which will surely have sales around Black Friday and the like but maybe not to that level.

Trying to decide if I want to shell out for the 40 Years of WrestleMania edition or just hold off. I imagine the game will drop in price eventually so maybe I don’t need to spend $120 on it. I wonder if the additional content will be available to purchase later on if I get one of the lower editions though.

Popped in WWE2k22 today to see if I could scratch the itch I have with that rather than buying 2k23 and was surprised to find out the servers have already been shutdown. Holy crap that was fast, is that standard for these games?

Decided to download the Forty Years of WrestleMania edition. I didn’t get to play much of WWE 2K24 tonight but I did play WWE 2K23 for a while since it came included with my download. I’m not very good at these modern wrestling games and will need some practice.

I bought the deluxe version of WWE 2K24 for Xbox Series X, which includes the deluxe edition bonus pack, MyRise mega-boost, super-charger and the nightmare family pack. It shows on my XBox it's installed, but they are still locked in the game. Does anyone know how to unlock them? I would appreciate it so much if anyone knows how. Thank you.

It’s annoying how old footage in the Forty Years of WrestleMania mode is subject to so much blurring. I’m also not necessarily a fan of the way that 2K basically lets you just play highlights of classic matches and interjects footage. I’d prefer to just play the match in full. I’ve gotten a bit better at the game but still am not great.

Played a couple of matches last night. Probably the best mechanics for a 2k game. It will never be smackdown level, but at least I was able to play it, unlike older ones.
But yeah. Some faces are awful.

Did anyone get the mail about getting Peacock free for a month if you bought the deluxe or 40 years of WM edition? I still haven't gotten it no can I find out anything about unlocking stuff either? JMO, but I think 2K is worse than EA and that's saying a mouthful.

Speaking of which I thought the classic WWF block logo was still able to be used and just the scratch logo was a problem. When did that change?
