Re: What Are You Playing? (August 2022)
On the docket:
I got Modern Warfare in the mail the other day and endured the agonizing process of installing the campaign, though I haven’t started it yet. My Klonoa import should be here on Thursday.
I might need something else to get me all the way to the 23rd for Saints Row since the others are all so short, but we’ll see.
- Call of Duty: Modern Warfare ‘19 (Xbox Series X)
- Klonoa: Phantasy Reverie Series (PS5)
- Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Shredder’s Revenge (Xbox Series X)
- Saints Row (Xbox Series X)

Demon Throttle finally showed up after having it on order for over a year.
While it's tough, and a lot of fun, the main game is also very short at only four actual levels. I've now finished it, but I'm not sure what else is 'remaining' so to speak...
There's 'secrets' and such that add something else to the game... I'm just not sure if that leads to some kind of additional story-related stuff, or if it's just... filler. Kinda weird.

I played through Modern Warfare and both Klonoa games. Door to Phantomile is a game I endured rather than enjoyed, but the sequel, Lunatea's Veil, is a lot more fun and doesn't really do the occasional torturous difficulty spike thing so much.
So, with nothing in the backlog right now, I went ahead and bought GigaBash.
