Is that Giancarlo Espisito?
Loved FC4. Really liked FC5, but it was a step down. The varied locales sounds like change of pace. |

Please have the gyro-copter! I always love the FC games and Ubi has been killing it in quality lately. I hope to see more at the Ubi event (and hopefully some Splinter Cell).

re: Far Cry 6 (10/7/21)
As long as I can ride an Elephant tossing enemies all over and stomping on vehicles and I can fire Rockets...I'm all in....

re: Far Cry 6 (10/7/21)
I would like to have more of Giancarlo than we had of the main bad guy in FC4 who almost felt like an afterthought.
But I would be okay with less of him than we had of Joseph Seed in FC5. |

My daughter found an article Online speculating that this is a prequel to
Spoiler:
Spoilerized just in case this is supposed to be a secret. |

Updated....New English Version...but it's 3:40 long and might give you a sense of what's coming....
Good read over at Gameinformer...and a good past favorite is making a return..."Guns for Hire" .....https://www.gameinformer.com/2020/07...bout-far-cry-6 |
re: Far Cry 6 (10/7/21)
Looks like we're finally getting a Far Cry that's (mostly) in an urban city?
|
re: Far Cry 6 (10/7/21)
Far Cry 5 was my favorite - very well done characters, humor, and a great looking game.

re: Far Cry 6 (10/7/21)
i loved 5 as well. have yet to get to New Dawn, but if more of the same in different locale, then i'm all for it...
|
re: Far Cry 6 (10/7/21)
I really ended up enjoying New Dawn. I think it was actually my most-played game of 2019.

Actually forgot about New Dawn...It probably surpasses 5 as the better game, It's awesome but you can't have new dawn without 5 and vice versa.

Sadly never finished 5 which I thought was great and fun with all your "Friends"...and it's a typical Far Cry Game with anything can happen...like catching a Bear on Fire and then throwing meat in the middle of a bunch of enemies....I wanted Dawn but it would give away what happened with 5 which I didn't want....not far off finishing 5 which I need to. I think Far Cry 6 might have a more serious overtone though.... |

I never finished New Dawn. I finished FC 5 but still have the DLC to play. |
re: Far Cry 6 (10/7/21)
FC5's DLC were an utter waste of time. They should've scrapped all of them and instead had New Dawn as it's DLC.

In. Played every FC game since 3

re: Far Cry 6 (10/7/21)
I've played them all (even the two separate versions of FC1), and they've all been good (though maybe overall, more difficult than they should be), and my favorite has been FC4, with my favorite DLC/side-game being Blood Dragon!

re: Far Cry 6 (10/7/21)
I've really loved everything this series has done since 3. I'm in. Pre-orders are currently at $49.99 on Amazon too.

re: Far Cry 6 (10/7/21)
Did you guys like the caveman one? Because even though I played it to completion, I thought that one kind of sucked.

And yes, I actually did like Primal as well. Though the gameplay maybe wasn't the best, I thought it was an original concept and still felt (mostly) like Far Cry. |
