Is Redd visiting any of your islands? I have not seen him in over two weeks. This game is so sporadic with the better island visitors like Flick or CJ, but Saharah and Kicks never seem to miss their weekly appointment.

I didn't realize that Daisy Mae only hangs around for a few hours! :mad: I wanted to gather up some more bells to maximize my turnip purchase and she was gone!

I wonder if it's because of the number of visitors that rotate through. How many come in a day, does anyone know? I don't play often enough at different times to know if I'm missing people because I don't play early enough. But that darned ghost is always, always there. I haven't had Redd in a couple of weeks as well, and CJ was a surprise visit yesterday. I basically leave all these fish and insects around the island for when they come and it starts piling up.



Something weird happened yesterday. I bought turnips, put the switch to sleep, then resumed at night and Daisy Mae was still there, somehow cached. I didn't try buying any more from her, though.

A week ago, I trapped Daisy Mae on the beach by digging holes around her I then went around my island and gathered rocks, wood, fish, bugs... and before going to sell my stuff to the Nooklings, I check on her. It was 12:35pm and she was still there. But when I came out of the shop and checked, she was gone.

I have yet to see Flick or CJ and I've been playing since April 18th.

I haven’t seen him in awhile either. The ghost was there last night. Sahara last Tuesday. And CJ and Flick as scheduled.

I have fish and insects all over my island as well. I do currently have Flick and I'm working on insect collectibles. The next time CJ comes through, he will be having Flick busting his ass on about 20 more fish collectibles. I'm setting up a display area if anyone wants to stop by and see the progress.

I have had Celeste and CJ on my island at the same time during a night. I might be using that date to get these collectibles done, as they are stacking up everywhere.

If you or anyone else is online and feels like bringing some fruit (apples, peaches, and cherries), we're online for a bit; she's playing as me for a little while. I don't have much to offer, but let me know if y'all need anything.

Sorry I only had a few minutes so I only brought what I could carry. Hope that gives you at least a decent start on those fruit. If I thought about it more I would've just transplanted some cherry trees so you don't have to wait...

Does anyone have any blue roses that you'd let me pick from your island and/or drop off at mine?
I don't have any roses at all, but I'm hoping to get some blue for my Twin Peaks inspired room. I'll gladly take seeds of the common colors, though, to harvest my own blue ones if I have to.

I'll try to put together a list of extra things I have for trade/giveaway. I'm still not really sure how to determine the rarity of anything, though. I expect most of you all are much further along than I am. Unfortunately, my turnip price this afternoon is garbage (79).

I'm on a quest to grow them, but supposedly it's one of the hardest to make. I'm several weeks in and not there yet. I've got flowers all over my island trying to get the hybrids. :lol:

I started back to work Monday so I don't have as much free time to play anymore. I had Saharah, and Wisp when I got on last night to play, but haven't seen Redd, CJ, or Flick for a while. I had a few shooting stars the other night, but Celeste wasn't there.

I made a killing in the turnip market again via the reddit turnip group. I was pumped up thinking I could get all my desired ramps/bridges built and then realized that The bridge size makes it almost impossible for me to connect certain parts of my island (due to the curves of my waterways) in a sensible way. :mad:


Stinks that you have to achieve a 3 Star rating to unlock terraforming.

Yeah, I did some research after posting this request and... :lol: I had NO IDEA how hard it was to get the special hybrids! I knew it involved some tricky work with cross-pollination and all that, but... wow... they really make you work for it! Lots of folks doing it with time travel, and I don't want to make that leap. I think I'll go ahead and try to breed them myself... I just need to find the 'easy' color seeds.

I can drop off some of the 3 starting colors rose seeds sometime when you are on.

Has anyone acquired the Mama Teddy Bear yet? And the recipe to make the giant one?
