At this point, EA just needs to hang it up on this franchise. There's no way they will even come close to NBA 2K.

The league has basically become NBA Jam at this point: 2 superstars per team. I don't see why they don't just go for that or Street.

You know a franchise needs a revamp when their last 3 entries have gotten 80-90% markdowns months into their release.

I got Live 19 on the PS4 for like $10 I think earlier this year and I just noticed the 2019-20 roster updates.

This isn't getting released. Same storiy as back in 2011 and 2012 and the series was on hiatus for several years. The WNBA part seems to have moved to NBA 2K and I wouldn't be surprised if next year 2k also gets the Olympic teams. EA needs to revamp but are they willing to? Seems that place is hell to work at and it seems that they only care about Madden and that's it.

Fifa destroys Madden worldwide in sales and in revenue from Ultimate Team.

Yet another NBA LIVE game has been canceled. At this point, EA should quit wasting time and money on the franchise and put it to bed for good. They will never come close to NBA 2K series ever again.
