I had fun playing with you all yesterday. It was nice meeting everyone. I'm free Saturday and Sunday late morning/afternoon. I have to work Monday through Friday nights all this week.

Likewise! It was fun. I've already added a close friend of mine to the group, as he has a copy coming from Amazon on Wednesday. By the way, the game is only 11.99 for a new PS5 copy at this moment on Amazon.

Thanks for bumping this over...meant to as well didn't want to clog up the PS5 Topic....overall for two that's been away and two new; it was fun. It was that way when a few of us first fired up the game. Action wise, about what we expected but trying to get down the Card System was a bit daunting...something I need to look into more. I know I've seen...Builds for B4B...all over and some YouTube Videos on explaining the Card System, How to Get the Most Out of it, What Cards Are the Best......I briefly looked around but saw a lot of older ones from back October 2021. Several months back they did update the game to help make your characters stronger but haven't found the details on just what....but it shows having four in a mic group really, really helps....

I just wanted to check and see if we're still on for playing some more this weekend. I'm free Saturday and Sunday afternoon.

I have a friend that might be able to play Saturday if we can't get 4 DVDTalkers to play tomorrow.

I put it in the group Chat onPS5 if we're thinking about doing a run...I'm in...be nice if we get say 6...then split into two groups of 3 and at least do some runs. Just need to get the "Points"...so to spend in the category of what you want and aim for to unlock buffs and/or better cards...it'sd a grind no doubt to keep advancing....

Let me know if anyone wants to play today. I'm going to knock out some housework, but I'll be around. If not, let's try to get a group going tomorrow.

Let me know when you all are ready to play today. I'll be playing Horizon Zero Dawn and watching some tv shows until everyone is ready.

I'll see if I can get back on later today. I'm really only interested in playing this one if we have 4 of us. It's a bit too frustrating to have some human players mixed with bots or unknown players. I'm also not quite sold on how the game is. I guess the best way to play is to keep pushing towards each objective as quickly as possible because the enemies endlessly spawn. That and the care system are my two biggest gripes.

If anyone would rather play World War Z, I have it also. I think it's the better game personally.

Me and Jared talked about that the other day after I think you mentioned and having it, plus one more....I think Jared got his and I ordered mine this morning...should be here in time for a long 4-Day Weekend....and yes I order Aftermath.....I'm not ready to throw in towel on B4B quite yet. It seems we've got plenty of people, a friend of mine has it and we got it day one. We tried to get others to grab it, they didn't and we tried runs wih randoms and it was unpredictable and mixed results....it got a bit frustration as we felt like almost zero progress and in a stuck rut.

Re: Back 4 Blood (spiritual successor to Left 4 Dead) -- Consoles/PC 10/12/2021
We played some Sunday and made it through one level. We died a few times. I'm still down for trying to complete it, but I'm out of town this weekend and won't be able to play again until the 30th and 31st.
World War Z is easier. A friend and I beat the base game with just the 2 of us and two bots. I'm down for playing it too, but I don't have the expansion pass yet.

I'm open for inching my way through Back 4 Blood on the easiest difficulty, only with players on here, and only about an hour at a time. I added a player that has been through the whole game and has the general idea of the goals of each level. The problem is that playing with one player you know and two randoms or bots greatly decreases your chance of passing each section. We made it through one section and one section only of the third part of Act One. That is also a bad decision in how they broke up the acts into so many parts and different sections. And then Act Four has one little dot.
I have World War Z Aftermath installed and ready to go. It does look like a more fun game and a bit more forgiving. Something that B4B definitely is not.

You get more weapons in World War Z if I recall correctly one primary, one secondary, and one heavy weapon. You need to be stealth when you're not calling the horde. You also get time to prepare and set traps to help you clear out hordes. I'll check back on the 30th and 31st and see if you all want to play World War Z or Back 4 Blood.

Always and can do either or both...Me, Decker and Jared have been on WWZ but time has been a issue but we like it. It's just getting everyone in and playing and last few nights we've been scattered. Don't want to throw in towel with B4B but the leveling up, style and just plain action in WWZ is just more fun since you see and feel leveling up and getting better gear.
