Him or Doc Oc, I would imagine.

Was the Goblin ever part of the Sinister Six? I’m guessing Doctor Octopus for the Sinister Six link.

What a bizarre E3 this has been so far. That Walmart leak, unfortunately, turned out to be pretty accurate. Not a lot in the way of surprises.

And enough with the Kingdom Hearts already.

It's weird to see Remedy debut a game for Sony, even if it is multiplatform.

Sony's Show was really good but felt a bit..."different".....notice no speakers actually talking about the games but it was all trailers & footage?

Surprised they opened with Last of Us II...and what a opening. I figured a sort of cinematic intro and then in game footage which was really fluid in her movement from crouching, cover, to under the van, movement inside the store. The game will have emotional ties with the combat.....looking forward to this.

Control came out of no-where....it felt a bit like part of Matrix meets Inception.

Ghost of Tsushima was breathtaking...love the combat and no-doubt will have a compelling story. Everything Sucker Punch does is good and this looks like a gem.

RE2 was a shock and got a great response. Nicely done Sony....

Death Stranding...I think there was dozens of questions "Before" last night and now 100's. I got the impression of more of some SyFy series on the SyFy Network. The one thing I did figure out he's a "Transporter"....Delivery Guy...of some sorts and that's about it.

Spider Man just looked and played good. That was good gameplay trailer/footage that probably sold itself to a lot out there.

That trailer reminded me of the old FedEx slogan:

Really looking forward to the RE2 remake. I loved that game.

Noticed that to and a real bummer...along with no Bloodborne 2 news...

One thing about the Sony show that struck me was three of the top four games they highlighted don't even have a release window or ETA....Death Stranding, Ghost of Tsushima and Last of Us Pt. II.....and even Control. Only Spider Man which is this September.

I read some interview where they asked about it missing and it sounded like they're still interested but it's not on the priority must do list....basically leaving the door open for Sam's return. But they (Ubisoft) does have a lot going on. I'm shocked and somewhat surprised Assassin's Creed Odyssey is coming out so soon after Origins. Personally rather see them working on Splinter Cell and bump Odyssey back another year.

I was hoping to see if Square or Sony show any footage of FF7 remake. Sadly, none was show, which make me think this will probably going to be on the PS5.

It would be hilarious if Splinter Cell showed up today at the Nintendo conference, and is a Switch exclusive

I can understand why this year was so crapy. We’re reaching a transitioning phase for next gen. I’m guessing next year we see unveiling of the new systems, detailing what new features and of course the games being developed with release dates for 2020 consoles.

I wouldn't say this year was a total dud, but nothing really memorable either.

It looks like February and March is going to be packed though. I bet we see some of those games shift to summer to pad stuff out. If not, February might be "the best gaming month ever" ;)

The PS4 and Xbox One weren't really unveiled until 2013: the same year they were released. I'm expecting the same here.

Agree....and Rage 2 is "sometime Spring of 2019"....hoping late April/early May. And still a lot out there that's just 2019. Several of the PS4 top games didn't even have a date which was surprising. Other than that this October is a Killer Month...Red Dead, COD, Battlefield and recently Assassin's Creed: Odyssey...rather have had them working on Splinter Cell but that's just it...

I thought a few of Sony's we're in January? Either way, the year will be starting off strong.

AFAIK, the only title from Sony with anything close to a date around then is Days Gone in February.

No, but they were shown during Sony's show which is the reason I made the association.

Re: E3 2018 - June 12th - June 14th

There were alot of games and trailers that didn't get much covered but one...Earthfall...got a new trailer and those familiar with Left4Dead will see the similarities. Coming July 11 this year, might fill the void till Fall when the barrage of new games hit.

<iframe width="854" height="480" src="https://www.youtube.com/embed/v1vZYcjNFgM" frameborder="0" allow="autoplay; encrypted-media" allowfullscreen></iframe>

Watching the trailer, the game looks almost identical to Left 4 Dead: You have four characters, each with their own perks and weapons, and you must survive a horde of aliens as you traverse the levels, stopping at safe zones periodically to refill on ammunition. One key difference between the two, however, is fortification. In Earthfall, you must strengthen and rebuild structures to ensure survival. This could be fortifying windows in a house, reconstructing the chainlink on a fence, or building up defense units like mortars and turrets. It’s hard to say if Earthfall will be a “FPS; hobby-grade coop campaign; genre-blended, multi-mode competitive e-sports; meta-growth, choice + epic Battleborn Heroes!” But as it stands, it’s an exciting-looking four-playing cooperative shooter. And if it’ll scratch that Left 4 Dead itch, then it’ll suffice. For now, right Valve?
