Not a whole lot recently, but I have nostalgia for mastering Mike Tyson's Punch Out. Not just beating him, but setting little goals for myself like finding out the little time periods where I could get a jab in for an uppercut and things like that so that I could actually KO him.

In the 100% era, I'd say either Valkyria Revolution (which took me over 80 hours), Diablo III (360 version, but I'm within spitting distance of doing it on Xbox One too), or in the odd department, Lego Batman because after 8 1/2 years, I can finally say it's 100%ed.
Quick story...
Lego Batman, I started in September 08, dropped it in October, picked it back up in December, finished up the base game in that month and then didn't pick it back up until four years later in November 12 where I got the 100% game achievement but had one stupid achievement glitch on me. It took backwards compatibility to get me to try it again and finish it in Feb of 2017...8 1/2 freaking years.

Raiders of the Lost Ark on Atari. I believe it was the first video game I ever completed.

Landstalker. I got stuck and quit for a few years. Then re-tried, got easily past the stuck part and finished.

FF7 - I put in 99 hours + on that game.
Metal Gear Solid - freaking love this game
Resident Evil and 2 - love, loved both these games.
Im not sure why but I havent even come close to completing any games in such a long time. I have my nights open and weekends. Not like Im always working. just weird... lol

^ Ooh, that reminds me,
Mirror's Edge: finish without using guns
Condemned: finish with melee only
Both were immensely satisfying.

Bloodborne. I beat the DLC last week and felt like million bucks afterwards. Been a long time since I got that feeling from a game.
