What are You Playing? (December 2017)

I'm about six hours or so into South Park: The Fractured But Whole and I'm enjoying it. It feels a lot more polished than the first game.

Xenoblade Chronicles 2 will take up most of my gaming time.

Re: What are You Playing? (December 2017)

I played just enough of Knack II to get the platinum on Saturday.

I'm currently goofing around in Agents of Mayhem again for whatever reason.

I got Assassin's Creed: Origins as a birthday gift last month but haven't touched it yet. I'll probably score Wolfenstein II and South Park: The Fractured But Whole for Christmas. Those will all probably wait until I'm in the new house. (We close on the 21st, although we're not planning on moving in until the new year to give us time to prep, clean, etc. Gotta get those Atmos speakers installed too!)

Re: What are You Playing? (December 2017)

Finally finished Cuphead last night. I enjoyed it quite a bit, although certainly frustrating! A few controller throwing moments for me, especially in that last fight against the Devil.

Time to resume Wolfenstein II, and also started a little Super Lucky's Tale.

Re: What are You Playing? (December 2017)

Trying to finish up Assassins Creed Origins, but taking my time - about halfway through.

And I'll start plugging back into Destiny 2 again, what with today's new DLC.

Otherwise, not much gaming happening for me right now...

Stories Untold is one of my games of the year. Really really good stuff there.

I wrapped up Hellblade: Senua's Sacrifice which was a bit too scary for me at this point. Great game though. So back to Minecraft: Story Mode season 2 for now.

Your games completed list over in that thread is what got me to play it. I'm done with my games I'm interested in for the year so I was looking for some lesser known titles.

Re: What are You Playing? (December 2017)

I liked the first episode of Stories Untold but the second episode was barely playable on my computer. It looks like from reading online it has surprisingly high graphic requirements for such a ungraphic intensive game and even putting it on the lowest setting it's so choppy it's not fun to play. I'll probably watch a Let's Play of it just to see where it goes.

So I moved onto Seasons After Fall (PS4).

Re: What are You Playing? (December 2017)

I succeeded in platinum-ing games no one else cares about.

Only 1.4% of players got all the trophies in Knack 2.

...and only 0.7% of players bothered to get the platinum in Agents of Mayhem. Beyond that, I got all Agents (including the 3 DLC characters) up to level 20 (+20), along with all Legion tech and all skins unlocked. I pre-ordered this sucker, so at least I got my money's worth.

Chances are that I'm done gaming until early next year.

Re: What are You Playing? (December 2017)

Just started Mario & Luigi: Superstar Saga remake on 3DS. This is probably going to be my last game played this year (other than the final episodes of Life Is Strange & Minecraft Season Two).

Playing the Sea of Thieves last Alpha before the closed beta. Let me tell you guys this is one of the most enjoyable impressive games I've played in my entire life and I'm no spring chicken.

Do yourselves a favor if you play on PC or Xbox get this on your radar and fast.

Just finished off The Walking Dead: A New Frontier. Still enjoying these but man, each season gets shorter and shorter.

Next up is Guardians of the Galaxy: The Telltale Series

Cave Story+ on the NS.

Very fun little game, though I fear I may be getting close to the end.

Re: What are You Playing? (December 2017)

Finished up the Horizon Zero Dawn DLC now onto the last episode of Life is Strange: Before the Storm. That will finish up my 2017 releases and I can start working on my favorites list.

Re: What are You Playing? (December 2017)

Wrapped up the first episode of Batman: The Enemy Within. Man, these TellTale stories are the best Batman storylines in years. Starting the final episode of Life Is Strange: Before The Storm tonight.
