That makes sense… they can do a full remake for PS6 if there’s a need.

How much better can this game look though?

Re: The Last of Us: Part II (PS4, 6/19/20)
The Windows version of the remaster was released just a couple of weeks ago. I'm waiting for school to be out in another month and then I'll have time to play it. That means I'm also waiting to watch season 2 of the HBO Max show until after I can play the game. (will be my first time playing the game on any platform) Last time (with the release of the Windows version of Part I a couple of years ago), the waiting worked in my favor since the initial Windows game release had several issues, but they seemed to be mostly fixed by the time I played it.
So, anyone here play part 2 on Windows yet? |

Well, I just finished playing this. Oh my god. I wasn't prepared for the Abby of it all.
When I was playing as Ellie and got to her confrontation with Abby in Seattle, I was like, "Alright, let's kill this bitch!" Then in the final fight at the very end, I was like, "Nooo, I don't want to kill Abby!" Damn, what an amazing game. A great story and really beautiful visuals. I hope they do make a part 3 some day. Could be with Ellie, or Abby, or even a totally new character. Now I can watch season 2 of the tv show. I'm really interested in how they handled the narrative. |
Re: The Last of Us: Part II (PS4, 6/19/20)
The game just got a chronological order update, so you have the option to play the story with the original flashback structure or this new narrative that plays out as the events actually occured.
EDIT: Forgot to include a link to the news. |
Re: The Last of Us: Part II (PS4, 6/19/20)
After all these years, I finally started playing this. I'm already well past the controversial part and, frankly, I am enjoying myself. I liked the semi open world exploration. At first I thought I'd hate the map mechanic but ended up liking that too. I also like that the character movement/traversal feels less restrictive than the first game. As always, the audio is fantastic (have dynamic range set to Maximum).
Where I am currently, I am really bummed out that Spoiler:

Well, I just found
Spoiler:
Really loving this game. I know I put it off until I replayed Part I on PS5, but I now feel like I should've just jumped straight into this one. |
