Ziggurat - Fun game, maybe someday I'll actually beat it. Pain in the butt though and somehow I want to keep playing.

Xbox 360
Lego Batman - Yes, the original. Playing it thru my XB1, had one achievement left over from 2012 (I actually started the game in 2008 and then shelved it after a couple of months and then picking it up again 4 years down the line) due to a crappy glitch. So I'm playing the story mode from start to finish like it was the first time and once I go into free play I'll grab the citizens (glitched achievement because I played it with my ex-wife) and finally 100% this sucker.

That's the active ones, assuming I finish Lego Batman this month and don't wait 4 more years or get bored of Ziggurat I'll probably switch to a Telltale like Wolf Among Us or Game of Thrones.

Conan as I remember it was decent little hack n slash, it would probably feel dated now though I imagine. And currently its not BC and I would imagine its not that popular of a game. Though that hasn't exactly stopped a few of the titles from becoming BC, I just wouldn't put it high on the list of possibles.

Now that my overclocked i7-6700K, GTX 980 ti, and 32GB RAM system is up and running, I've been playing:

Super Win The Game - Took about 3 or 4 sittings to get through. I really liked it. LOVED the music. It has the absolute best CRT filter I've ever seen, and puts all other "retro" games to shame in that regard. It makes playing all other "pixel-perfect" retro games less engaging. Such a strange thing, as I never gave a shit about that kind of thing when playing emulators.

After playing Super Win The Game, my only real complaint about Undertale is the lack of CRT filter. :lol: That would have taken this game to a whole new level.


So yeah... making great use out of my new gaming PC and its capabilities. :)

(I'll be starting Quantum Break on PC in about a week, but I'll play it a bit on Xbox One first)

Well, I did play about 20 minutes of Portal 2 on the highest possible settings, and it was wonderful, but my focus has been on my Steam library which is mostly filled with Indie Bundle games I never got around to playing, while I patiently wait for my Quantum Break PC code to show up. :)

I'm playing on the 360. I had started the game years ago and got stuck for a long time and traded it. I saw it for $2 used and decided to give it another try. I think it has a rep for having some difficult bosses. It's ok.

How is this? I've been waiting for a great rally game. My favorite racing game was RalliSport Challenge 2.

I tried Dirt on the Xbox (original) and never fell in love with it.

Great game with 4-player co-op which I did. I cannot remember though if we did veteran or not but we had a blast with 4-players going thru.....we really liked the Japanese Battle on the island,,,,flame throwers were fun as heck.

I think it's great so far. I did like the Dirt series, but not so much of the X-Games stuff in them. Dirt Rally is more traditional rally. Physics are great(I play fine with the controller on PS4) and it looks great. They made the Rallycross too hard though. I can't not finish last :lol: PC guys are saying it's the same on there after the latest patch, so I hope that gets fixed.

This could be my game of the year, but then again racing games are why I game, so ;)

I finished Quantum Break the other day. I've been playing Dead or Alive Xtreme 3 off and on, and, hysterically, my wife is kind of obsessed with it. I can't play right now because she doesn't want me interrupting her playthrough. Once I get my review backlog in order, I'll start on Ratchet and Clank.

Decided to give Zombie Vikings a shot and man what a dud of a game. I really liked Stick it to the Man so I had high hopes for this one but the gameplay is beyond tedious. I made it about 45 minutes in and couldn't go anymore.

Also forgot to mention I've been replaying The Witcher 1 & 2 with a motherlode of mods before I replay The Witcher III. All on PC, obviously.
No console peasantry here. But I've been playing via emulation Yakuza 1 & 2.
