Comes out March 31st. I didn't see a new thread talking about it. Only a few mentions in last season's thread.
Anyways, I did buy The Show 14 last year and I wasn't blown away by it. I'd probably give it a 7 out of 10.
I already pre-ordered The Show 15 from Gamestop. Only problem I have with baseball games is they take a lot of time. There is no feasible way I could play a 162 game season. That would take me many months & many hours per day that I don't have. I usually go for a shorter season or individual games.
But I do get a sports game itch every now and then and I haven't played a truly great baseball game in years. Hopefully the 2015 version will be it.
I noticed in last season's thread that some here were really disappointed with it.

Reposting what I posted in last year's thread :
MLB 15 The Show 10th Anniversary Edition Revealed
+ Posted by Chris Cutliff on Feb 05, 2015 // Director of Production, MLB The Show
The MLB development team at San Diego Studio has been making great baseball games for more than a decade. MLB 15 The Show will mark the 10th edition of The Show on PlayStation platforms, and it’s quite an accomplishment for us. To celebrate the anniversary, we wanted to share our excitement with you and offer something a little special for this year’s game.
MLB 15 The Show 10th Anniversary Edition
To commemorate MLB 15 The Show and 10 years on PlayStation platforms for the franchise, our team at San Diego Studio created a limited 10th Anniversary Edition for the biggest MLB The Show fans out there. The Anniversary edition is $69.99 and for the extra $10 dollars in price you receive $130 in added bonus content.
Exclusive MLB 15 The Show 10th Anniversary Wood Grain SteelBook and Exclusive Cover
12k in Stubs ($9.99 value)
15 Bonus Item packs ($15.00 value)
All 30 MLB Team Dynamic Themes ($ 3.49 each retail)
Official MLB 15 Dynamic Theme ($3.49 retail)
The physical 10th Anniversary Edition will be available to pre-order today at your preferred US retailer (not available in-store in Canada), including BestBuy, GameStop, Target, Walmart, and Amazon. We’re also excited to announce that on 2/10, a digital version (all the same digital goodies) will be available to pre-order on PlayStation Store. Don’t forget that pre-ordering on PS Store means you’ll be able to pre-load the game onto your PS4 system two days before it launches so you’re ready to play just after midnight.
Pre-Order Skinit
By pre-ordering MLB 15 The Show digitally on PlayStation Store or at various retailers, you will receive a free voucher for a DualShock 4 Skin for the MLB team of your choice from Skinit. Additionally, if you pre-order at GameStop — or EB Games/Amazon, for those of you in Canada — you will receive the Skinit skin and six additional Bonus Item Packs for use in game.
Canada Cover
For our friends to the North, we’re happy to announce that Canada has an exclusive version of MLB The Show with Russell Martin of the Toronto Blue Jays on the cover.
Worldwide Gameplay Reveal on Twitch
And don’t forget to check out the worldwide gameplay reveal of MLB 15 The Show TODAY at 2:00 PM Pacific! Tune in to the San Diego Studio Twitch channel this afternoon for a tour of some of the new features we’re proud to introduce to the franchise this year.

It's worth $130 if you were planning on buying every single team's dynamic theme anyways!

Re: MLB 15: The Show -- PS3/PS4 -- March 31st
I posted in the thread for last season, but...I already pre-ordered the anniversary edition. It's about time we got some Dodgers love! I am hoping that we can get a league going with some of us here.
About the net code / online, was it really terrible? I skipped the first PS4 installment, due to the usual first new generation troubles that affect sports franchises. I last played The Show '13.

Timing is very important to baseball. Lag ruins everything . Online baseball has never been properly done.

I preordered the Anniv Ed too. Mainly for the extra swag even though I only care about one team's theme. Plus, I've never played any of the MLB Show games so I'm excited as they always get rated very high.

I'm usually a sucker for special editions, but I don't see anything in there worth paying anything extra for so regular edition for me.

You don't see $10/$8 worth of extra value there? It's not like this is a $100 CE.
BTW : I wonder if this is one code to unlock all 30 team themes. I assume so, but if not it would really suck to have to enter 30+ codes on the PS4.

I'm in for the Anniversary addition as well... prepared to be super disappointed.

Re: MLB 15: The Show -- PS3/PS4 -- March 31st
I realize that, it's important to most sports (or most game genres, in general) games. I guess that I didn't think that most of the installments of MLB the Show were so awful, although I can't speak to last year's, because I didn't buy it.

Steelbook - For a yearly sports game...what's the point?
12k in stubs - I have no idea what that even is.
15 bonus item packs - again, I have no idea what that even is.
Themes - don't use 'em.

Re: MLB 15: The Show -- PS3/PS4 -- March 31st
only a couple days away from release
I saw some streaming on Live From Playstation but tend to avoid these since the stream quality isn't the best
More importantly, there are some real favorable impressions at Operation Sports

I don't, either, outside of playing with one of my buddies from back home, but, if we can get some people together, I am all for it.
As for the online stability, wow, it must have really taken a dive on PS4, it was not terrible in 2013, from what I recall.

I preordered it and will be picking it up unless the reviews are horrible. I'd be willing to try online as well.

Re: MLB 15: The Show -- PS3/PS4 -- March 31st
Do you guys use the rosters as they are when beginning (or, at least, whatever official roster update is out at the time), or, do you guys do fantasy draft leagues?

Re: MLB 15: The Show -- PS3/PS4 -- March 31st
When we did a league a few years ago we just used the team rosters as they were. I prefer that way as I am more attached to the real players on my team rather than a fantasy team. I'm not too big on fantasy teams.
