MS-DOS games in 1994

Greeting, everyone!
I'm not sure how many of you here are into retro gaming and even more specifically into retro PC gaming, but every year I make a video compilation of MS-DOS games from 20 years ago.
So here is two hours of DOS games from 1994:

Thank you and happy new year!

Some cool memories in there. I played that Micro Machines I think it was called all the time.

Uhm, isn't your list going to necessarily take a steep dive in both quality and quantity next year?

Naw, 1995 was fine... a lot of sequels but some good stuff. MechWarrior 2, Warcraft 2, Descent, The Dig, Discworld, D, Mortal Kombat 3, Gabriel Knight The Beast Within, Battle Arena Tonshinden, Phantasmagoria, Rebel Assault 2, etc;

I think it took a couple years for Windows 95 only games to really become prevalent.

Not till a couple of years from now. Plus I can always start working backwards too.

2015 is almost gone, so here I am again with a look at MS-DOS games from 1995:
(And now I realize that I should have called this thread something else)

My favorite era of gaming ... makes me feel old as hell

Kind of like that pic on Reddit about Kobe Bryant's first video game appearance (NBA Live '97) vs his most recent (mildly unfair since they used the Genesis version instead of the available PSX one but it makes its point)

Playlist of all the videos (1992-1995 for now):

It'd be funny to see videos extending far into the Windows era. For example the video of MS-DOS games in 2015 might just be one title:

Edit: found this site, which lists DOS games released since 2001:

Re: MS-DOS games in 1994

Greetings!
I'm bumping this thread to find more potential DOS fans out there. There has been a lot of new stuff on my channel since my last post. Just put up this video about Tetris sequels today:

Hello again! I'm back with another compilation video. This time it's an hour of DOS games from 1991:

I checked out your channel and, wow, you've really increased the number of videos! I checked out a number of them based on the titles that looked appealing. I saw the video on Harry's House of Horrors and I was like "hey, I remember playing that!" I don't recall ever finishing it, but that may be because I never found the passage between the rocks.

I also particularly liked the videos covering games hidden in other games. I owned a few of those (at least the shareware versions) and never knew of these hidden games. The text adventure games made out of a series of batch files is particularly interesting:
