I watched that video the other day and it is so badass. This is the game that will finally push me to get a PS4.

How is it that Sony Pictures can't figure out how to make a movie out of this franchise? Just hire the creative staff and cast of the games, make it animated like The Adventures of Tin TIn and market the ever loving shit out of it.

The easiest things seem to be the toughest for studios to get right.

Cause making a Spielberg movie is pretty easy to do.

I could make a Spielberg movie in one weekend while sitting at home in my underwear cause making movies is so easy to do!

I jused used Tin Tin as an example since it uses mocap and that's what the folk at Naughty Dog use to make the cinematic sequences for these games. And since these games play as movies anyway (and they truly know the characters and the material), they're clearly the guys to make a movie based on this franchise. Instead, we went from a director who wanted to make a movie about a treasure hunting family of mobsters (remember that bullshit?) to a CEO who wants a low budget actioner modeled after Paul WS Anderson's Resident Evil movies.

I may bite on the Special Edition. The Libertalia Edition looks cool, my shelf for figures is at a premium right now.

Don't really need a second Nathan Drake statue. Will keep my $43 preorder from Amazon. Would probably preorder the $80 tier LE from Best Buy otherwise.

Any word on the Best Buy offer? Sorry to see that release date though...a few of us are getting The Division for a fact and it's a week apart from each other.

On a side note would it be recommended to get the Uncharted Re-Mastered set and play it before this? it comes out in October but November is going to be full with Star Wars and possibly COD. And still have diablo, Borderlands and Dying Light waiting to hear on that DLC.

if you have not played through the original Uncharted trilogy, it is highly recommended that you do so before ATE .... these are characters you will want to follow

I feel a little badly for Ratchet and Clank. They're obviously two very different games, but I'm still a little worried, with 2 weeks between it and Uncharted 4, that it might get lost in the shuffle.

The multiplayer beta was a great time.
