Apparently it includes a year of Live, Zoo Tycoon, and some other game. Does it include the two Assassin's Creed games as well.
Yes, it was the $329 AC bundle with two kiddie games and a year of live. I ended up passing on it, as both games looked to be eventual freebies, and the free year pretty much equaled the 5% RedCard and my Target giftcards in my rationale.

I'm hitting Target and Best Buy and Walmart tonight/tomorrow, hopefully I'll find a similar deal.

Great deal And yeah, there should be plenty of games out there for a 9 year old like the mentioned Lego Marvel or Minecraft.

Was there not another E or T rated game to select, especially since Rivals is apart of EA Access?

Seriously. If you own an Xbox One, EA Access is a non-negotiable as it is by far the best deal currently available on consoles.

Not true if you already own all the games currently in the vault.

Pretty sure he meant Kinect Sports Rivals, not NFS: Rivals.

Yeah, except for people like Music mentioned. If you're brand new to the console, though? EA Access is a must-have, IMO.

And I'm thinking Shadow of Mordor and Forza 5 for the two additional games.

Can't go wrong with either of those games though Shadows of Mordor does have lotsa violence even though it is against nonhumans.

will all the functionality (switching between inputs, cable, etc...) work with a HDMI splitter?

how are HDMI splitters anyway?

also, what is the best kinect use game that includes a bowling game?

thanks.

FWIW, Forza Horizons 2 is a much better game than Forza 5 - especially for kids. In FH2 you're driving all over the European countryside, tearing up the fields and having a great time. In Forza 5 you're just racing the same very few tracks over and over again.

There are only a tiny handful of Kinect-oriented games for the One, and the only one with bowling (AFAIK) is Kinect Sports Rivals.
