Steam Support: how freaking long does it take to respond??
Anyone had any issues with Steam Support?? I opened a ticket back on July 2nd and still have received no response....anyone else had this issue?

That's unusually long. A few years back I switched email accounts and they were TOTAL dickheads about getting me back my access. I have all of 10 games on my account and could verify everything but my old password. After about 10 emails, they finally relented and gave me a temp password. I think it took 3 days for the original touchpoint and about an email per day after that until the issue was resolved.

Based on my few experiences, that sounds completely normal. Don't expect a true resolution either - that way you'll be pleasantly surprised if one happens.

I reminds me of my PayPal issues with them. PayPal has my PR address but lists my country as USA (which is accurate since Puerto Rico is not a country) but Steam insists my country is PR. So when I try to order a game via the program, it won't let me. I have to use this link whenever I want to purchase a game on Steam.
