Konami would be a good choice since they'd support both the gaming and health / quality of life pillars, but I don't know if Konami would actually be interested.

Leftover Nintendo faithful bought the Wii U, and I don't believe killing it asap is going to get most of these people to turn around and buy another system so soon.

Nintendo fucked up, plain and simple. They wanted to be the first ones out the gate with a next-gen console. Instead we got an underpowered piece of hardware, with no notable catalog, and marketing that confused middle America. Nintendo has moved 6M units in 15 months. Microsoft and Sony moved 4M+ units each within 5 weeks of their next-gen launches.

Unless Nintendo is willing to take a hit on another hardware price drop this holiday season ($199?) or start taking a hit on dropping software prices (bring MSRP to AAA titles to $49) or, I don't know, release a killer app that would get people to buy the console, they're fucked. They've already lost the war this generation.

They either need to shape up or ship out.

Nintendo might need Konami, but Konami doesn't need Nintendo. They're primarily a software company, but they have other businesses (e.g. slot machines) that also bring in another source of revenue.
