Yep it does deduct points and health.

I don't have any low level characters, except for maybe one or two unleveled 2*'s, they still have enough HP to make rounds last longer than they should.

It does decuct points, but I don't think running counts towords lowering your MMR.

uggh, my mob for Sentry red is all level 198 and 199, I don't have anybody that level. My best is a 4* Wolvie, and I can't use him!

I beat it with level 94 Ares, fishnet Black Widow and grey suit Storm. And a lot of boosts. All of those guys take a long time to gt their powers off, you'll be fine so long as you kill Thor first and play keep away with the reds from Wolverine.

Yeah, even without npcs that node (and the nodes leading up to him) was pretty hard (mine were 200+). I am a bit surprised your mob is so high leveled, have you been grinding nodes or something? I thought it was partially based on the level of your characters. In the end, I had to use Hulk, Ares and Daken, and let Hulk take massive damage after Thor was down (I tried to use damage dealing guys like Punisher and panther but they kept dying, then I tried to cheese with 2* Storm/Mags but they were basically one-shot)

And luckily you can always just spam boosts if you have them.

They may take a long time to get their powers, but when Thor has 10,000+ HP and you have to bring him down first, well, all it takes is one Thunder Strike or lucky cascade to power Call the Storm

I used 5 +20% match damage, 3 +1 to all ap and 3 +1 to blue and purple ap. You get lucky with BW and you can keep taking 4 of their ap at a time. Saved 14 of them to stun thor when he started getting close to going off by using Storm's blue power then the rest I got went to healing. Piece of cake.

I think when I beat the node they were around 150 or something. Levels seem to increase based on time regardless if you've played time, just worse if you've been grinding. At least from what I can tell. I just used a bunch of All AP and a couple 20% match damage boosts to beat it with Ares, MN Magneto, and Classic Storm.

Yeah, it's not as bad as those ones that mix color-generating npcs with characters, allowing them to spam powers.

I only have one more shot with 5X20 match damage. I almost had it with Level 100 Daken, Level 110 Hulk and level 94 OBW, ended with 149 HP left for Wolvie, just couldn't get Daken to cause enough damage, oh, and now they are all level 203

They were around 185 for me.

I usually take down big opponents with the 2star Magneto/Storm combo. Concentrate of Purple matches to fire off Magneto's power which charges Storm's Blue power. Hit that twice and the game is pretty much over. I paired them with Ares who was boosted to 134.

Do you do that with boosts (usually purple/blue or crit)? Because when I tried they seemed way too squishy. I got off Mags purple and Storm's Blue once, but without storm being boosted the damage wasn't nearly enough to take out anyone, and then Magneto got squished because he had to do all the purple/blue matches.

Now if you start off with some purple or blue, that's a gigantic advantage.

The one thing I don't like is that I use boosts so infrequently, that I often forget to disable them for the next match, so last week I burned a few on low level nodes.

Yep, I got slammed on that node. I have 4 fully leveled 3*s now: Thor, Patch, Cap and Hood. So the levels of the node were ~220, but I couldn't use any of my highest ranked offensive players. Ended up going 2* Storm, Mags and Daken, with 3x +1 all ap and 3x +1 purple/blue. Managed to get enough purple and blue matches to get through it, though I was down to Storm at about 25% health when I fired off her last wind storm to win. Somehow I've managed to get over 103k for the event, so I'm going to hit a couple more this afternoon to get the extra Doc Ock cover and then I'll be done with this PVE. No way I'm getting a Spidey cover, but I don't care all that much.

Was able to do it with Hulk, and the 2* magneto/storm combo, without the damage boost. I did use a unibeam team up though.

For current PvP (Sentry), my defensive team I left out is 115 Sentry (before buff), maxed OBW and 2* Daken. My 3* Daken and Hood are only in their 70s. So far, I'm 2 for 2 on defense but it's way early yet. Any other defense teams you recommend?

I hate this PVP. I hate Sentry. Mine is only level 66 but I could take him to 114. I just can't justify dropping ISO into him knowing I won't be using him after this event, especially with LThor, Cap, BP, LDaken, and Falcon sitting there ready to level up.

Sucks because I've grown accustomed to finishing in the top 25 and getting three covers (with the alliance) and I sure would like that with these Deadpool rewards.

Yeah, I'd avoid Sentry/3*Daken/Hood (w/ Blue) first, but OBW and 2* Daken make decent lower level pests. If your Hood had a lot of Blue, it doesn't matter that much how low level he is to some extent.

Unfortunately, I've never even sniffed a Hood Blue... :(

Fuck this last node to get sentry. Fuck it right in the pooper. Guys are lvl 207. Unbeatable when you take out my 3 best characters.

I think I did it with a +3 All Colors boost.

Magneto/Hawkeye are also a pretty brutal combo. I've taken out some monsters with those two.
