The funny thing I just noticed about that Halo 5 system, it comes with the Limited Edition version of Halo 5. And requires up to 60GB!

Quick question about the backwards compatibility, for the 360 Arcade games that don't have a separate save file, are those just automatically backed up to the cloud? Or do I need to launch each game for them to sync to the cloud?
I don't have the preview program on my One and am preparing to wipe/sell my 360, but I want to make sure that I don't lose my Arcade games progress. Thanks! |

You can check which game saves or local, and move them to the cloud, by checking your storage in settings. https://support.xbox.com/en-US/xbox-...oud-save-games |

I think he's talking about the arcade games that don't have any separate save file at all. The game data and progress is saved as part of your profile. A lot of the older XBLA titles did this. I have no idea how that works with BC yet, though.

For the games that had separate save files, I've been able to upload them to storage. But a number of my saves seem to be built into the game data file itself, and those were the games I was trying to figure out. Has anybody had experience with those games with regards to the BC? |

Has anybody had experience with those games with regards to the BC? According to this link, the game Splosion Man doesn't have a separate save file: http://www.gamefaqs.com/boards/927749-xbox-360/61339621 Maybe that's why it didn't debut on BC yet, despite being an MS title? |
re: Xbox One: S $249 Now / X $499 November 7 2017
I recall a fair number of games, especially the early ones, that saved directly into the profile. Mine got quite large (heh) and I played primarily on XBLA in the early days.

Starting Sunday, Best Buy will apparently be running a console/TV bundle deal to coincide with back-to-school shopping (tax-free weekend in a number of states): Xbox One Console + 40" Samsung LED for $500

Spoiler:
So right now Amazon currently has 8 different XB1 bundles available. That is just nuts. |

 I get that. A $60 game with $40 of digital fluff. Hell the Halo 4 360 at least came with two controllers.
Yeah would of been nice if it also included the MASTER CHIEF controller I posted above. |

I bit on the Submerged deal. My kids were excited that it looked like "Uncharted without the shooting."

re: Xbox One: S $249 Now / X $499 November 7 2017
Having finished up Wolfenstein, could use a recommendation on what to play next. I have a bunch of games I can borrow from work, so here are the ones that I'm looking at. Any of them stand out as something I should definitely play?
Dying Light Metro Redux Murdered Soul Suspect Need for Speed Rivals Plants vs Zombies Garden Warfare |
re: Xbox One: S $249 Now / X $499 November 7 2017
Both Need for Speed and Plants vs Zombies are more "in between" games imo, you don't really need to dedicate a lot of time to either, and you pick em up and play them in spurts.
As such, I dunno, Dying Light.. |
re: Xbox One: S $249 Now / X $499 November 7 2017
Murdered Soul Suspect is a decent palate cleanser after nazi murderin'. It's short, and apparently free to you.
|
re: Xbox One: S $249 Now / X $499 November 7 2017
I was leaning towards Murdered Soul Suspect, the concept sounds interesting and the user reviews seem higher then the critics. Really just need to kill time for a bit before Gears of War Ultimate, although I also have Rare Replay to mess around with too.
|
re: Xbox One: S $249 Now / X $499 November 7 2017
Oh if you have Rare Replay, by all means get to messing. That's good for bite sized chunks of video gaming.
In other news, EA says maybe/probably to 360 games coming to EA Access. http://attackofthefanboy.com/news/ea...in-the-future/ |
