Knock on wood, but I just wanted to say what a good experience I've had since launch.

I came home roughly around 12:15 and hooked the PS4 up. Turned it on and did the system update over the net (PSN was still perfectly fine at that point). I tinkered with Killzone for a half an hour and called it quits. Woke up yesterday morning and spent most of the day playing without issue. Played a bit today, still without issue. I'm hoping things stay that way. Not enough people talk about their GOOD console, so I figured a vocal minority might be a nice thing :P

I've sent a few friend requests and will probably send a few more here shortly....

Resogun...WOW...what a freaking light show and additive to boot. Still haven't popped in Killzone or Knack. Did do the entry to Warframe but didn't play any level. It looks good and see four player coop as a strong point.

On a good note my wife asked about Knack and if I'm playing it with "Zane"... and I said no; only one person at a time. She asked,"I thought you said it had co-op?" which I said yea but I didn't order another controller because everything already cost a lot....I think we're getting another controller no-matter what.

There are two types of Keepers. You'll see a line being drawn on the screen and that's the path they will take before flying off screen. The corresponding human box will be flashing as well, so while you're zipping around the board take note of which one is flashing. Kill the Keepers that spawn on that line path and the human will be released.

The second type just fly around the board. They have a neon green glow around them. Kill all of the ones that are glowing and release the human.

I've run through the game 3x on easy, one with each ship for the trophies. Hopped in Experienced just to try it out. Tough. Looks like the multiplier at Recruit maxes at 5x, experienced 10x and veteran 15x.

How I'd rank the ships:

3rd - most powerful, bigger ships go down with no problems(even bosses go down pretty easy), but firepower and weapon upgrades tend to only shoot horizontally which requires solid bullet/enemy dodging skills.

1st - good little ship, the weapons target enemies so you don't have to be as accurate but enemies require more hits. Minimal dodging skills required.

2nd - average mix of the other two

Tried Twitch for the first time last night. Pretty simple to get going. Had to sign up, but after that, I was up in no time. Couple friends hopped online to check it out. Probably not something I'll use often, but pretty cool.

So where is the "take over friend's PS4" option? Didn't they make a big deal about a friend being able to "hop in" and play your game? I was wanting to try that out.

Shared a screenshot on fb for the hell of it. Kinda silly you can't send screenshots to people on your friends list.

On the 360 the kinect would start calling time outs because it thought I said to call one, which was annoying. If the recognition software is much better, then yeah it can be a cool feature, but otherwise it's just annoying.

Loving my PS4 so far been playing COD. Only real thing I didn't like was that annoying background music playing on the dashboard, good thing there was a way to shut it off. It was giving me a headache.
