The guy who did the hoax says he has a full CGI trailer ready to go, and will release once the heat from Bethesda goes down. he did a AMA at reddit here:

Old bump... wasn't sure where this should go but figured this works over creating a new thread. A lot of rumors of a Fallout 4 announce during Bethesda's E3 press conference.
