You should probably put your time zone on there so we all know what those hours mean to you.

As for me, I'm in the Pacific time zone and I usually play late. After midnight kind of late. But I can pop up almost any time depending on work and how I'm feeling.

PS3 as stated in my sig.

I'll be on usually after 10pm. 10-12am.

I'm hoping the heists work like they do in single player where each member of the crew has a specific role to play, and everybody has to succeed in order to get the full payout.

I'm on 360 ("Runner Groucho") and on Social Club ("Serious_Groucho").

Probably stupid question, but does money earned in multiplayer carry back over to your single player character?

I went ahead and joined the DVDTalk crew, though I'm not sure how much online I'll be doing with this one.

Idea for a multiplayer match / mission:
Hostage Delivery
There's a high value target a crew has to kidnap and deliver to a private plane. He's in a bank. We storm in guns blazing but the target locks himself in the vault. We have to break in someway grab him and drive to the airport while being chased with a 5 star wanted level.

Re: GTA Online Thread Of Law Abiding Citizens

i think i got it. thanks!

how exactly do join a specific crew when we are playing online?

Everyone should probably have which console and their gamer tag, so the first post can have a list split out.

I'm on 360. Fu Man Stan

^ good idea of OP being a list.

Re: GTA Online Thread Of Law Abiding Citizens

The Social Club crew basically does that already.

fumanstan 09-23-13 01:27 PM

Re: GTA Online Thread Of Law Abiding Citizens

Easier to have a reference here in the thread for discussion, in my opinion

I don't see an easy way to see what console each person is on via the social club either. I could just be dumb and missing it though.

Re: GTA Online Thread Of Law Abiding Citizens

It's not really a matter if opinion. I could go on the social club right now and see who is on 360 and who is on PSN and add all the console-compatible players in a matter if seconds. You're telling me you rather be at the mercy of the OP to update a redundant list of people who have to be manually added? We could have a John Henry-style race to see which one is faster, easier and more efficient if you want.

Here's a pretty good write-up on what's known so far:

No, i'm saying it would be nice to have a list here too for discussion and any organization and planning purposes. I don't see why that bothers you so much.

Guru Askew 09-23-13 01:41 PM

Re: GTA Online Thread Of Law Abiding Citizens

It's just completely redundant and unnecessarily complicated. To have a list outside of the crew would actually be counter-productive. And you're able to discuss the goings-on on the Social Club here you know. Clicking that link isn't going to stop anything.

So yeah, the list you want already exists.

Christ, you don't seem to get it. Nevermind then

updated list on op.

Do you guys think a mic will be needed?

Groucho 09-23-13 04:19 PM

Re: GTA Online Thread Of Law Abiding Citizens

A mic isn't required, but it is used in some circumstances. For example, if you're holding up a store you can yell into the mic to get the clerk to move faster.

And, of course, it's nice to be able to talk to your crew.

No, I'm sure that communication will not be needed for the crew/team activities..... :sarcasm: ;)
