So question, the hex discs that give you crap for toybox. You can stack 3 of them. When you put them in the game, do they stay in the game in the future without having to use them again or do you have to continue to place the discs. I'm new to these kinds of games, so I'm trying to figure how it all works.

I'd like to mess with the Toy Box stuff, but I'm not good at that stuff, and it seems a little clunky. I'm hoping that the PC implementation works well, and I'll make things there instead.

I read someone say that it didn't work on another forum but someone here said it does. I'll have to test it out at home with the pack I already have. |

You can also buy the packs, fire up the game, and then put the unopened packs on the portal to see what you get. a little bit more work and gas but you can save yourself the headache of having tons of doubles. i dont mind the circular coins since you can stack those and the extras come in handy during co-op. the themes are the worst since you only need one of each and having two of the same vehicle or two stitch blasters stops any fighting between the kids.

I finally completed my collection. I have a few dupes but maybe someone will buy them on craigslist. Although I think everyone and their mother has stitches blaster and that stupid cane.
FYI the packs read on the portal thing without being opened. I don't think it will work at the store though as they have a demo running. I know the skylanders demo wouldn't recognize the adv packs. |

I don't know if I should open my violet figure or wait for that 3 pack...
They need to announce how they're planning on releasing the rest of the TRU exclusives. My store is sold out of all the exclusive discs as everyone thought that all 10 discs were in there lol |

Guys, dumb question but I bought this for my kids -- with no knowledge of what type of game this is or how to play it. So my 5 year old fired it up and was running around just doing a mish-mash of things.
What is the point of the game? Do combinations of figures allow you to play missions or do you need "sets" of figures (we have the Cars pack) in order to play a mini-game? I feel like a dumbass but I just don't get this type of game :lol: |
